| Combining the characteristics of small fields in hilly and mountainous areas,various types of crops,and multiple uses,based on the highly adaptable 195 S diesel engine as the power source,a new type of A multifunctional composite machine integrating plowing,leveling,and ridge repairing in hilly and mountainous fields.With tractor as the core,different plowing structures are selected,and the sorting mechanism is driven to realize the three functions of the multifunctional machine: plowing,leveling,The ridge repair can better meet the operational requirements of hilly and mountainous fields.According to the three functions of plowing,leveling,and ridge repairing,the multifunctional machine for ploughing and repairing ridges in mountainous and hilly fields has designed 7 related institutions.The ploughing part is designed for different fields,and 3 types of ploughing mechanisms are designed: for paddy fields Rotary tillage mechanism,single plough mechanism used in dry land,two-way flip three plough mechanism.For the leveling part,three types of leveling mechanisms have been designed for different fields: a mud-pushing flatbed leveling mechanism for paddy fields,a scraper push-plate leveling mechanism for dry land,and a front shovel-type leveling mechanism.In the ridge repair part,a three-point hanging ridge repair mechanism is designed,which is mainly composed of a push-pushing ridge repair device,a rotary tillage soil collector,a transmission system,and a frame.The multifunctional machine designed by this research institute is universal for tractors.By coupling different mechanisms,it can be used for efficient plowing of paddy fields and dry land,and can be used for high-efficiency leveling of paddy fields and dry land,and it can also be used to repair ridges..Aiming at the farming mode of the multifunctional machine for plowing,leveling and repairing ridges in paddy fields,the ABAQUS finite element simulation of the ploughing mechanism,leveling mechanism,and ridge repairing mechanism is carried out,and the stiffness and strength of each link are simulated by simulating the actual working conditions.And the modal analysis verifies that the multifunctional machine designed by this research meets the requirements of the actual working environment.This research also analyzes the existing shortcomings and provides directions for subsequent research and improvement. |
