We have made great progress in Electrostatic spray technology after decades of research and practice. However, efficient electrostatic spray technology, in agriculture and environmental problems but have not been paid enough attention to. Especially in China, although a series of this kind of products have been developed, there still exists the gap compared with foreign products. In practical engineering, it comes across a lot of problems, especially in the atomization and liquid medicine deposit properties. Based on the above reasons, it is necessary to do the research of electrostatic spray machines in the present market, making use of the instrument equipment measurement under different conditions (This paper mainly selected the specific charge, the spray height, spray pressure, sprinkler installation Angle of elevation and target distance of five parameters) and pray operation time spray performance and sedimentation performance status, to analyze the performance of spray ability and deposition as well as the diffusion mechanism and relevant spraying transportation theory, providing the basis for static electricity in static electricity spraying machines and tools developing.The 3WBJ-16 DZ multi-function electrostatic sprayer, produced by Suzhou jiale crop-protection machinery s&t co.LTD is the carrier of this article. First of all, it analyze the 3WBI-16DZ type multifunction electrostatic spray atomization process on the basis of electrostatic spray basic theory. In the second phrase, through the test using spray, spray device,and arrange test scheme for test, and the different parameters under electrostatic sprayer back deposition weight are analyzed, according to the test result analysis discussion, drawing related data analysis table, it is concluded that 3WBJ-16DZ electrostatic sprayer in the crops on the target of the best deposit amount of best parameter.The results show that:(1) the spray conditions allow appropriate under the premise of increasing specific charge, can achieve better spray effect. Spray conditions for 0.2 Mpa, spray height is 500 mm, target range for 550 mm, installation Angle of nozzle for 0 degrees, charge-mass ratio 0.2 mc/kg axial sedimentation in large quantities, sedimentary area relatively uniform. (2) increasing spray height can improve spray effect. Spray conditions for 0.2 Mpa, charge-mass ratio 0.4 mc/kg, target range for 550 mm, installation Angle of nozzle for 0 degrees, spray height in the 400 mm, the effect is good, deposit in large quantities, sedimentary area relatively uniform. (3) the target distance on spray deposition quantity and sedimentary area density effect is very big. The right target distance can significantly improve spray effect. Target distance to choose when 450 mm, and the droplet can have large speed deep target internal and deposit. (4) increase nozzle Angle, charged droplets are easier to target settlement, deposit distribution more focused. (5) spray pressure increase, spray effect has a very big change. In the rod target charged spray, installation Angle of nozzle for 10 degrees, the spray height is 500 mm, target range for 550 mm, charge-mass ratio 0.4 me/kg more suitable spray pressure in 0.3 Mpa-0.4 Mpa.
