Currently,when agricultural aviation aircraft is spraying, because spray quality and theeffect is poor, the agricultural ecological environment was polluted seriously.Aiming at thisphenomenon, foreign scientists studied abroad study abroad the air electrostatic spraytechnology. Aaviation electrostatic spray technology can reduce the droplets drift and alleviatethe pollution to soil and rivers from the floating liquid. Agricultural aviation electrostatic nozzleis an important part of air electrostatic spray system. With the development of science andtechnology, design and application of air electrostatic spray is improved constantly, and a goodeffect in practical application was obtained. In this study, electrostatic induction ring structureof nozzle was designed, and indoor and outdoor experiments of net type cone induction ringstatic nozzle spray performance effect were done. The main contents are as follows:(1) The air electrostatic spray droplets atomization principle and charging process wereanalyzed theoretically. For the net type cone electrostatic spray sensing ring cannot beconducted in practical application. The structure of inductive ring was improved. Iron ring wasinstalled in cone mesh induction ring mesh induction of electrostatic spray ring edges, so it canenhance the strength of mesh induction ring, guarantee the stability of conical induction ringangle and prevent deformation of net type cone inductive ring of the Electrostatic spray,affecting the spray effect.(2) Optimized net type cone electrostatic spray was tested and researched. The result is asfollows: In the same conditions, each sample point net type cone of electrostatic spray dropletsNAD is smaller than ordinary air nozzle NAD50μm, Droplets density per1cm2increased20droplets. The results of net type cone electrostatic spray test outside are: when the lance heightis1m, spray pressure is0.5MPa, electrostatic voltage is12000v, and operation speed is30km/h, the effect of spray quality is best. Contrast the result analysis: the performance of net typestatic cone nozzle spray is superior to the ordinary air nozzle, and net type cone electrostaticspray is more suitable for aircraft with faster speed and higher height, such as agriculturalaviation aircraft, the operation on the aircraft spray performance is better. In this study, the technical foundation and the research provides for net type cone inductionring electrostatic spray applied to agricultural aviation sector.
