| In recent years,the wine industry in Qinhuangdao has developed rapidly.However,grapes,which are the main raw materials of wine,are always infested by pests and diseases during the growth process,which restricts the output of wine and the economic benefits of the industry.Therefore,the arduous prevention and control work has become a key link in the smooth production of wine.In this study,a special electrostatic circulating sprayer for wine grapes was designed for the purpose of reducing the cost of wine grape control and the labor intensity of operators,and improving the utilization rate of pesticides and spraying accuracy.The research contents of this thesis mainly include:1.The research significance,spraying technology,research status at domestic and foreign,and existing problems of pest control sprayer are introduced.The structure and key parts of the whole machine were selected,and the main performance parameters of the sprayer were determined.2.Combined with the growth size and planting mode of grape seedlings,the spray frame and spray bar are designed;through calculation and analysis,it is determined that the number of spray heads on one side of the spray bar is 4 and the spacing is 29cm;the 3D model of spray frame and spray bar are analyzed by ANSYS software.Static analysis and fluid analysis were carried out on the model respectively,and the analysis showed that the spray frame and boom could meet the normal working requirements.3.Design and selection of key devices in circulation system.Drug recovery test was carried out,the results showed that: The sprayer is under the test conditions of working pressure of 0.5MPa and working speed of 0.5m/s,the recovery rate of the liquid medicine is 8.21%.4.The effect of spray angle and nozzle type on deposition volume was explored.The spray angles when the deposition amount on the front and back of the blade reaches the optimum under the spraying of standard solid conical nozzle,standard fan nozzle and universal vortex nozzle respectively are obtained.The results showed that changing the spray angle of the nozzle will affect the deposition effect of the droplets,and the spray angle when different types of nozzles achieve the best spray are also different.5.The particle size change and coverage density of droplets under electrostatic spray and non-electrostatic spray were investigated.The particle size distribution and coverage density of droplets in electrostatic and non-electrostatic spraying were obtained.The results showed that electrostatic spray can refine droplets and increase the coverage density of droplets.6.The structure of the spray frame is optimized,the weight of the optimized spray frame is reduced by 25 kg,and the lateral shrinkage width is 0.84 m. |
