Tremella fuciformis Berk.also known as white edible fungus, snow edible fungus, which is a combination of Chinese traditional medicine and food fungi.It is not only a famous medicine of the medical treasure,but also a nourishing food in banquet. Snow edible fungus of Zhangzhou in Fujian province and Tremella fuciformis of Tongjiang in Sichuan province which are the best representives in the Tremella fuciformis production has an important role in mushroom production. In recent years, With the improvement of living standard and health awareness, people increasing demands of Tremella fuciformis constantly. But in the actual production of Tremella,the phenomenon of Single species,aging,degradation is very serious, which affected the yield and quality of Tremella.Breeding excellent strains becomes to an important part of healthy development of Tremella fuciformis.Tremella fuciformis is different from most of edible fungus, which is one of the typical representives which complete its life cycle accompanied by the cohabitant fungus of Tremella fuciformis which is necessary to the life cycle of the Tremella fuciformis. it is very strict of cohabitant of Tremella fuciformis and xianghui In the production and application.and people know very little about interaction mechanism of Tremella fuciformis and xianghui, the wok of Tremella fuciformis breeding had been affected to a large extent. To protect the healthy development of Tremella fuciformis industry, it is urgent to research the interaction mechanism of Tremella fuciformis and xianghui.In this study,I guess, the differences of the genetic and the ability of the raw materials used are the important aspect of the relationship between the Tremella fuciformis and xianghui.In this paper.the ISSR are used to analyse the genetic diversity of the Tremella fuciformis which are our country breed, which provides a molecular basis to the use and breed of Tremella fuciformis, and will provide a theoretical basis to the interaction mechanism and breeding the new strains of Tremella fuciformis and xianghui. Previous studies have shown that Tremella fuciformis had no ability to grow and develop in the lignin and cellulose, which can grow and develop,when Tremella fuciformis grow with the xianghui, but because of the study selected a single strain,the results of the analysis are limited.in this study,â… selected strains in different geographic origins,and paired with xianghui which from several different geographic origins.â… measured the activity of cellulase and lignin of Tremella fuciformis and xianghui, and compared both of the activity of cellulase and lignin, which explored preliminary of the interaction mechanism from enzymatic properties. And the findings are as the follows:14 Tremella fuciformis strains were obtained from several different geographic origins. To analyse the genetic diversity of the 14 strains of Tremella fuciformis,75 ISSR primers were screened and 14 of them were selected to amplify the 14 tested strains and a total of 105 fragments were amplified, and among the total 105 amplified fragments 70(67%) were polymorphic.These 14 tested strains were divided into 4 groups under similarity of 70%, with no obvious correlation between geographical distribution and groups,by cluster analysis. The results showed that genetic similarity of these tested... strains was low and there were obvious genetic variations in DNA level.Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry were used to determine the activity of cellulase and lignin of Tremella fuciformis and xianghu., the results suggested that the activity of the cellulase of Tremella fuciformis was higher than xianghui,the highest activity of Tremella fuciformis was 0.0356IU,but highest activity of xianghui was 1.057IU,at the same time, the results suggested that Tremella fuciformis had no the activity of lignin,but the activity of Laccase was very high,which was 410IU and was 13 times than Tremella fuciformis.The activity of cellulase and lignin of Tremella fuciformis were weak(or had no activity), It is that Tremella fuciformi had no ability to decompose cellulose and lignin, but which can grow and develop,when Tremella fuciformis grow with the xianghui,get the nutrients which xianghui decompose cellulose and lignin.
