The cow tuberculosis serious threat to the development of dairy farming, affect the health, growth performance and milk quality, etc.Every year, tianjin for the damages caused by the cow tuberculosis is very large, has seriously affected the export of dairy products. The whole city each year spend a lot of funds for the prevention and control of bovine tuberculosis, but always can’t meet the requirements of eliminate the disease. In recent years, with the development of the disease detection technology and promotion use, used to detect the cow tuberculosis detection technology also gradually improve. At present, the conventional detection method applied to the cow tuberculosis disease detection for PPD allergy testing, but some deficiencies in this kind of method in clinical detection, not only operation is complicated, time consuming,and prone to false positive results, the result judge easily affected by man-made factors. Therefore, research and explore new suitable for grassroots promotion using cow tuberculosis detection method and application is of great significance.Cow tuberculosis gamma interferon detection technology in Europe and the developed countries has been gradually used in the detection of cow tuberculosis, have commercial kits, its in the detection of cow tuberculosis disease has a high detection sensitivity, strong specificity,stability good characteristics, and easy to operate, easy to grassroots veterinary use. In this paper, the research establishes a set of using ELISA method to detect gamma interferon cow tuberculosis method system,method of evaluation; Dairy farming in tianjin tuberculosis by using this method to carry out epidemiological investigations, tuberculosis in beichen district as an example to carry out the cow farms purification technology research and demonstration. The following results:1、Established the cow tuberculosis detection method system suitable for tianjin area.2、Determine the gamma interferon ELISA detection technology strong specificity, high sensitivity, good stability, can be batch test, using the advantages of easy at the grassroots promotion.3、Master the tianjin area of cow farms TB prevalence and incidence rule.4、Formed the purification of cow tuberculosis research plan.
