Deer-tuberculosis is composed of Mycobacteriumtuberculosis caused by a beast comorbidities,influence the development of animal husbandry and human health.Our country ascribe it to the class II animal blight,effective and scientific prevention,control and eradication of sika deer tuberculosis,is conducive to the healthy development of animal husbandry and people’s health.The main content of this study is to use ELISA method to carry out epidemiological investigation of sika deer tuberculosis in Jilin Province,analyze the epidemic situation of sika deer tuberculosis in Jilin province,and formulate the corresponding vaccine immunization program according to the epidemic situation.It provides the basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis in sika deer in Jilin Province.In this study,epidemiological investigation of tuberculosis was carried out in Jilin Province.Serum samples were collected and tuberculosis serological tests were conducted in 39 large-scale deer breeding farms in Changchun(Erdao District,Shuangyang District and Jiutai District),Siping(urban area and Yitong),Liaoyuan(Dongfeng and Meihekou),Yanbian Autonomous Prefecture(Dunhua),Baishan and other places in Jilin Province.The actual number of detections was 4470.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(Mycobacterium antibody detection kit from Spanish company Ingina)was used for detection.According to the test results,there were 494 TB positive samples from large-scale deer farms in Jilin Province,with the individual prevalence rate of 5.5% and the population prevalence rate of 92.1%.The epidemic situation of deer tuberculosis in Jilin Province was mastered comprehensively.In addition,based on the epidemiological investigation of tuberculosis in Jilin Province,BCG was injected into the subjects and the safety and immune effect of the vaccine were evaluated.The study found that the immune effect of injecting the vaccine 3 times in young deer and 2 times in adult deer was better.The interval of each injection was 12 months,and either intradermal or subcutaneous injection was acceptable.The dosage is 0.25 mg.According to this,the corresponding immunization procedures were formulated in order to further control the tuberculosis of sika deer in Jilin Province through prevention,control and vaccination.
