| Tobacco bacterial wilt is one of the major diseases of Wenshan Tobacco Growth Areas. In recent years, effect of the chemical agent had been not ideal, and the most chemical agent have had highly toxic chemicals, residual volume, it is not conducive to the sustainable development of tobacco healthy that large quantities of chemical agent had been used to control tobacco bacterial wilt. In this study, effects of the disinfection for soil, applying bio-organic fertilizer, intercropping leeks, screening resistant varieties on bacterial wilt incidence and economic traits of flue-cured tobacco had been analyzed in Guangnan of Wenshan, the main results were as follows:After 80d transplanting, the control effect of soil disinfection on bacterial wilt and black shank were 71.41% and 60.08%. The economic traits of flue-cured tobacco of soil disinfection major were higher significantly than CK, output of flue-cured tobacco was 2195.8kg/hm2, the output value of flue-cured tobacco was 56,871.2 yuan/hm2, the average price was 25.9 yuan/kg, the proportion of superior tobacco was 59.7%, the proportion of middle and superior tobacco was 89.1%.The treatment that applying multi-effect tobacco could promote growth for tobacco, enhance growth potential and prolong the process of tobacco leaf yellowing mature, the control effect on bacterial wilt was good. After transplanting 40d,60d,80d, the control effect were 77.51%,60.82% and 64.37%, economic traits of flue-cured tobacco was the best, output of flue-cured tobacco was 2542.5kg/hm2, the output value was 65,596.5 yuan/hm2, the average price was 25.8 yuan/kg, the proportion of superior tobacco was 64.6%, the proportion of middle and superior tobacco was 93.1%, were higher significantly than the CK and other treatments. The treatment than applying nanometer leaven beans could enhance growth potential of flue-cured tobacco. After transplanting 40d,60d and 80d, the control effect on bacterial wilt were respectively 72.17%,66.9% and 70.63%, the economic traits was better, was higher significantly than in Guizhou Bailing and the CK, output was 2371.5 kg/hm2, the output value was 58,338.9 yuan/hm2, the average price was 24.6 yuan/kg, the proportion of superior tobacco was 63.3%, the proportion of middle and superior tobacco was 92.5%. The treatment that applying Guizhou Bailing could promote growth and mature of tobacco, the control effect was relatively low, after transplanting 40d,60d and 80d, the control effect on bacterial wilt were -23.44%,47.88% and 53.45%, the economic traits was not different significantly from the CK.The control effect of intercropping onions on bacterial wilt and black shank were 45.69-49.62%, and 41.81-53.79%. After 80d transplanting, The control effect on the brown spot disease was 33.67%. The output value was 51,371.5 yuan/hm2, the average price was 25.6 yuan/kg, the proportion of superior tobacco was 62.6%, they were higher significantly than the CK.The result of variety screening tests showed that the agronomic traits of Yanyan 97 were significantly higher than the CK and other varieties,6517 and PVH2254 were stronger, higher significantly than the CK. The disease-resistance of varieties successively were 6517, Yanyan97, PVH2254, K346 and the CK, the incidence of bacterial wilt of 6517 and Yanyan97 was lower significantly than PVH2254 and the CK. The output of 6517 was 2187.3kg/hm2, the output value was 55,557.4 yuan/hm2, the output of PVH2254 was 2121.2kg/hm2, the output value was 52,817.9 yuan/hm2, the output of Yanyan97 was 2234.8kg/hm2, the output value was 53,188.2 yuan/hm2, there were no significant differences between three varieties, they were significantly better than the CK and K346. the economic traits of 6517 and K346 were lower significantly than the CK. The average price and the proportion of superior tobacco of 6517 were the highest, was no significant difference from PVH2254, was higher significantly than the CK and other varieties. |
