Camellia oleifera Abel is the evergreen shrubs or small trees of economic value,it belongs to the Theaceae Camellia and has high lipid content.Penshibao is the compound fertilizer with convenient mode of administration and high economic benefits.In order to determine the appropriate concentration of Penshibao for Camellia oleifera Abel, treatments with different Penshibao concentrations(0.33 mg·kg-1,0.50 mg·kg-1,1.00 mg·kg-1) were designed and tested by spraying on leaves of Changlin 4# and 40# strain in during flowering and fruit enlargement. The effects of the concentration of Penshibao on growth of C. oleifera Abel were analyzed and discussed by measuring height, ground diameter, crown, spring shoot, leaf area, SPAD value,fruit set, cracking rate, yield per plant,diameter, longitudinal diameter, yield per plant, dry seed rate, dry kernel rate and oil content and other indicators.Cold resistance physiological indexs of Camellia were analyzed Under natural low temperature.The main findings were as follows:1.The comprehensive analysis on effects of Penshibao on growth of Camellia oleifera Abel concluded that:Changlin 4# order of composite score is:1.00 mg.kg-1>0.50 mg·kg-1>0.33 mg·kg-1>CK,Changlin 40# order of composite score is:1.00 mg·kg-1>0.50 mg·kg-1>0.33 mg·kg-1>CK.Therefore, the optimal concentration of Changlin 4# and 40# in the test was1.00mg·kg-1.⑴ By 1.00 mg·kg-1 concentration of Penshibao, Changlin 4# of the height, crown, leaf area were respectively 8.6%,9.8%,24.2% higher than the control. Changlin 40# of the height, crown, spring shoot lengths, spring shoot diameters, leaf area, SPAD respectively 1.3%,14.7%,3.9%,4.7%,17.4%,8.7% higher than the control.⑵ By 1.00 mg·kg-1 concentration of Penshibao,Changlin 4# ofthe fruit set, yield per plant were respectively 53.4% and 27.1% higher than the control. Changlin 40#of the fruit cracking rate is 63.6% lower than the control, the fruit set, yield per plant were respectively 106.7%, 60.3% and higher than the control.⑶ By 1.00 mg·kg-1 concentration of Penshibao,Changlin 4# of diameter, longitudinal diameter, dry seed rate, dry kernel rate, oil content of seeds rate, oil content of fresh fruit were respectively 20.0%,10.0%,27.3%,1.9%,5.7% and 33.7% higher than the control. By 1.00 mg·kg-1 concentration of Penshibao,Changlin 40# ofdiameter, longitudinal diameter, dry seed rate, dry kernel rate, oil content of seeds rate, oil content of fresh fruit were respectively 3.8%, 4.4%, 17.7%, 15.5% and 33.8% higher than the control.2. Effects of Penshibao concentration on cold resistance physiological indexs of Camellia oleifera Abel:Under natural low temperature control,Camelia cold resistance physiological indexs were sorting through the relative values.Changlin 4# order of cold hardiness was:0.33 mg·kg-1>0.50 mg·kg-1>1.00 mg·kg-1>CK,Changlin 40# order of cold hardiness was:0.33 mg·kg-1>1.00 mg·kg-1>0.50 mg·kg-1>CK.That was to say the optimal concentration of Changlin 4# and 40# in the test was 0.33 mg·kg-1.
