Camellia oleifera is one of the most important woody oil tree in China,which has a long history of cultivation,suitable range,high economic value and ecological function is strong,it’s the most of production value in camellia tree species.The cold resistance limits the plant used in northern cold region in China.This experiment studied 8 different varieties of Camellia oleifera in the Zhengzhou region of natural growth,select 3 varieties of Camellia oleifera,each type of low temperature stress treatment and spraying different concentration of CaCl2 and SA treatment,determination of the related physiological and biochemical indexes under different treatments,comparative analysis of different varieties under different kinds of exogenous substances and different spraying time control material the effect of cold resistance,for the screening of cold resistance strong camellia varieties,enhanced cold resistance of Camellia oleifera and provide a theoretical basis.The results are as follows:(1)The growth status of different varieties of Camellia oleifera in Zhengzhou.June to August is the golden period of Camellia oleifera growth,the growth of plant height,basal diameter,total leaf number is fastest.in late October with the temperature decreased,the growth speed slowed down.but all varieties of Yuyoucha are grew better than Dabieshan 1.(2)By Logistic Equation to estimate the semi-lethal temperature,the cold resistance of eight varieties of Camellia oleifera from strong to weak order was: Yuyoucha 2> Yuyoucha5> Yuyoucha 3> Yuyoucha 6> Yuyoucha 7> Yuyoucha 4> Yuyoucha 1> Dabieshan 1.(3)As the growth of the low temperature stress time,MDA,PRO,WSS,WSP content and SOD,POD enzyme activity showed an upward trend.Three varieties of Camellia physiological and biochemical index differences,the relative conductivity and MDA content of the Yuyoucha 3 is the lowest,and PRO,WSS,WSP content is the most,its fight cold ability is strongest.The cold resistance ability of three varieties from strong to weak order was: Yuyoucha 3> Yuyoucha 1> Dabieshan 1.(4)Spraying CaCl2 and foreign regulation of SA substances to improve the effect of cold stress resistance of different varieties of Camellia oleifera were different.Spraying exogenous substances can reduce the accumulation of relative conductivity and MDA content,improve PRO,WSS,WSP and other soluble protein material content.Different exogenous substances to improve the effect of cold stress resistance of plants in the order:0.2% CaCl2 >5mmol/L SA>1mmol/L SA.(5)Spraying exogenous substances before the low temperature stress to improve cold stress resistance of plants is better than after. |
