At present, the development of construction of small water conservancy project expands gradually, the application of precast reinforced concrete member is also gradually increased,especially U groove(U groove is small thin-walled structure, and used by dry concrete) concrete member. The more investment, the more important is precast concrete structure engineering quality testing. But up to now, we had not any industry standards or national standards to test the quality. This paper aims to find a detection method for the thin-walled structures of small-scale irrigation in Jiangxi by testing small thin-walled U-groove member sampling standard test block strength and physical strength. It can provide reference for the quality inspection of concrete U groove for the future. The main content of the research include that:(1)According to the correlation obtained in pebble dry concrete standard test block compressive strength and rebound value, standard test block compressive strength and rebound value of U tank entities between the curve fitting analysis, and analysis of the error and causes;and through the gravel concrete standard test block to verify its applicability;(2)According to the pebble dry concrete standard test block compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity, rebound value, pebble dry concrete standard test analysis correlation between the compressive strength and ultrasonic velocity values of type U tank entities, the rebound value of fitting the curve, and analyzed the error size and reason; through the rubble and concrete standard test to verify the applicability of the block;(3) According to the compressive strength and the diameter of standard sample for analysis of 30, 40, 60 mm core strength, get the best correlation diameter, and analyze the applied level of core drilling method in the detection of structural strength of U type slot in concrete.Through data analysis, detection of rebound method is more suitable for U groove concrete strength. In this paper, MATLAB software tools to fit the curve fitting tool rebound method to measure the strength of concrete U-shaped groove Strength regression equation, and made available to Jiangxi rebound assay U-groove concrete strength reference Region Strength Curve.
