In recent years, with the development of water-saving irrigation technologies, punched thin-soft spray tape of strong anti-clogging ability and larger flow was produced on the basis of micro-sprinkler irrigation and drip irrigation, which not only had obtained the widespread promotion and application in some areas of china, but also obtained significant social benefits and economic benefits.Irrigation uniformity of punched thin-soft spray tape means that degree of effluent uniformity in each plughole of whole punched thin-soft spray tape, and it is an important indicator of evaluating irrigation methods and project quality. By studying main influence factors of irrigation uniformity of punched thin-soft spray tape, and analyzing the influence law, it has important significance for rational design of structure parameter on mico-sprinkler irrigation.Through the experimental study, the main factors that affected the irrigation uniformity were determined on parameters of its structure size aimed at single hole punched thin-soft spray tape. The orthogonal experiment method was adopted to design the scene experiment. The experiment influence factors were laying length of punched thin-soft spray tape, porthole separation distance and porthole diameter. Each factor was set three levels, and orthogonal array of L9(34) was selected to carry out orthogonal experiment of 3 factors 3 levels. Range analysis method was adopted to analysis experimental results after test data was collected, and primary and secondary of influence factor on irrigation uniformity of punched thin-soft spray tape was determined to obtain the optimal level and the optimal combination. Variance components method was adopted to determine the influence weights of various factors, significance and incidence. The fluent software was adopted to conduct numerical simulation of various experiment condition in the orthogonal experiment scheme, and the pressure distribution data of flow field was extracted to analysis the rule of flow field after post-processing. The Evenness was calculated based on numerical simulation results, which compared with the experiment results to verify the reliability of this conclusion.The results show that irrigation uniformity of punched thin-soft spray tape will improve along with the increase of laying length and porthole diameter, and decline along with the increase of porthole separation distance. The sort on the degree of proposed three factors effect on irrigation uniformity of punched thin-soft spray tape is laying length > porthole diameter > porthole separation distance. Total pressure and static pressure decline along the length direction of punched thin-soft spray tape axes. Static pressure gradually decreases and the dynamic pressure increases from axes to porthole of punched thin-soft spray tape. Numerical simulation results of CFD accord with the conclusion of experiment results. Relevant conclusion has higher reliability in this paper, which has guiding significance for structure parameter design of punched thin-soft spray tape.
