In this paper,aiming at the present situation that there is no special machinery for the placement of shallow-producing slots in the planting technology of directional shallowproducing slots,a new mechanical system design scheme for semi-automatic plastic shallowproducing slots on the surface of beds with different slant degrees is proposed for the placement of shallow-producing slots with 1.2m long specifications.Firstly,field experiments were conducted to simulate and adjust the placement process of shallow trough to find the optimal technological parameters,including soil depth and tilt Angle.Then,the methods and means to maintain the accuracy of shallow groove location and the selection of auxiliary tools for shallow groove placement were tested and analyzed.Then Creo was used to establish a three-dimensional model of the scheme,and the feasibility of the mechanism was verified by using the motion skeleton in the early stage.In the middle stage,using the optimization function of Creo,the optimized design of the shallowproducing slot spinner was carried out to make it meet the requirement of static balance.At the later stage,the weak parts were identified by motion simulation,and their strength was verified by finite element analysis.In the end,the author also discussed the realization means of the three functions of opening transverse groove,conveying shallow groove and placing shallow groove,and put forward the preliminary idea,designed the multi-slope adaptive chassis scheme,and provided a reference for the complete design of the planting machinery for the directional shallow groove cultivation of Chinese yam.
