A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of the bioorganic fertilizer and different proportion of fertilizer combined application on the growth of corn, soil nutrient content, soil enzyme activity and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen, the results showed that:Bioorganic fertilizer and NP fertilizers combined can improve the growth of maize, promote accumulation of dry matter and nutrient accumulation. With the increase of bioorganic fertilizer, maize plant height, stem diameter, dry matter and dry matter accumulation amount, NPK content and accumulation conditions, chlorophyll content increased gradually when fertilizer is same; With the increase of NP fertilizer, the measurement index of the maize also increased gradually when bioorganic fertilizer is same; Maize plant height, stem diameter, dry matter quality, dry matter accumulation amount of corn, corn, phosphorus, potassium content and accumulation in mature bioorganic fertilizer is maximum in the treatment H2S2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 337.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 229.5 kg/hm2). Compared with CK at the same period, they are increased 0.39 times,0.44 times,0.84 times,0.81 times,1.08 times,1.00 times,0.91 times,0.98 times, respectively, significantly higher than other fertilizer treatment. And a maximum nitrogen content and chlorophyll content in corn seedling stage is in H2S2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 337.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 229.5 kg/hm2 NP treatment), increasing 1.14 times and 1.06 times, respectively when it is compared with CK at the same period.Bioorganic fertilizer and NP fertilizer combined can improve the soil nutrient content, combining application of fertilizer effectively are superior to the single application. With the increase of bioorganic fertilizer, the measurement index of the soil nutrient content increased gradually when fertilizer is same; With the increase of NP fertilizer, the measurement index of the soil nutrient content also increased gradually when bioorganic fertilizer is same. And a maximum (except soil total P and effective potassium) in tasseling stage are in H2S2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 337.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 229.5 kg/hm2 treatment), increasing 0.26 times,0.49 times, 0.04 times,0.08 times, respectively when it is compared with HS2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 225 kg/hm2, P2O5 153 kg/hm2 treatment) at the same period. And a maximum (soil total P) in seedling period is in H2S2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 337.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 229.5 kg/hm2 treatment) increasing 0.13 times, when it is compared with HS2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 225 kg/hm, P2O5 153 kg/hm2 treatment) at the same period. And a maximum (soil effective potassium) in seedling period is in the treatment HS2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 225 kg/hm2, P2O5 153 kg/hm2)Bioorganic fertilizer and different proportion of NP fertilizer contribute to improve the activity of soil phosphatase, invertase activity and the activity of catalase, urease activity, combining application of fertilizer effectively are superior to the single. With the increase of bioorganic fertilizer, the soil enzyme activity increased gradually when fertilizer is same. With the increase of NP fertilizer, the soil enzyme activity also increased gradually when bioorganic fertilizer is same. During the maize growth period, and a maximum(urease activity, the activity of phosphatase, invertase activity and catalase activity) in tasseling stage are in the treatment H2S2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 337.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 229.5 kg/hm2), increasing 0.23times,0.08 times,0.01 times,0.02 times, when it is compared with HS2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 225 kg/hm2、P2O5 153 kg/hm2 treatment) at the same period.In the reproductive period, the trend of MBC and MBN has been in substantial agreement, they were increased from the three leaf stage, reached maximum at the tasseling stage, it had a slow decline trend at the mature stage. But CK and H treatment in the reproductive period, gradually increased, they reached the maximum at the mature stage. And a maximum of microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen in tasseling stage were in H2S2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm and N 337.5 kg/hm2, P2O5 229.5 kg/hm2), increasing 0.03 times,0.05 times, when it is compared with the treatment HS2 (bioorganic fertilizer 2250 kg/hm2 and N 225 kg/hm2、P2O5 153 kg/hm2) at the same period.
