Effects Of Three Fertilizer Application On Soil Properties And Yield Of Corn In Different Reclamation Years

Based on the Wuyang mining area in shanxi LuAn 1,5years of reclamation soil as the main research object, with different effects on subsidencearea reclamation years soil and biological traits of solubilizing fertilizer application for research, combined with field survey sampling,field testing and laboratory analysis tests, revealed its variation and explored the changes in the mechanism, and then provided a theoretical basis. for coal mining subsidence of soil biological reclamation area.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)three fertilizer had effectively improved the soil total nitrogen, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, organic matter content, respectively had different effects on soil fertility.when Chenyu fertilizer+fertilizer application combianed, the soil nitrogen of alkaline was the highest, and compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer, single application of chicken manure. Soil organic matter content of the Chicken manure+solubilizing fertilizer treatment was the highest;When reclamation reached five years, The soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen of Chenyu fertilizer+chicken manure fertilizer+solubilizing fertilizer treatment was the highest, compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer, fertilizer Chenyu fertilizer+solubilizing fertilizer, single application of chicken manure, chicken manure+solubilizing fertilizer, manure fertilizer+Chenyu fertilizeH-solubilizing fertilizer respectively increased 19.27%,21.10%,12.93%,4.24%,0.38%. When the application of chicken manure+solubilizing fertilizer treatment, the soil organic matter content was the highest, compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer+solubilizing fertilizer, single application of chicken manure, chicken manure+solution phosphorus fertilizer, manure fertilizer+solubilizing fertilizer, chicken manure+Chenyu fertilizer increased respectively 33.94%, 20.25%,21.56%.compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer, Chenyu fertilizer- solubilizing fertilizer,compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer, Chenyu fertilizer+ solubilizing fertilizer, single application of chicken manure, chicken manure+Chenyu fertilizer, manure+solubilizing Chenyu fertilizer fertilizer treatment, respectively increased 52.28%,50.62%,15.94%,17.69%, 10.35%. The results was shown that:the effect of the nitrogen of treatment of chicken+ solubilizing fertilizer was the biggest,there were optimum impact on the treatment.(2) Research to understand the total phosphorus, available phosphorus phosphorus fertilizer affect the application of different soil reclamation years, results showed that:Chenyu fertilizer treatment had a significant effect on the improvement of content of soil total phosphorus,the effect of manure fertilizer, Chenyu fertilizer and solubilizing fertilizer was better.Among them, the year in which the soil reclamation, applying the highest content of total soil phosphorus fertilizer processing Chenyu,;Chicken manure+soil phosphorus content is highest solubilizing fertilizer treatment, total phosphorus content of 0.622.0g/kg, compared Chenyu fertilizer+ solubilizing fertilizer treatment, single application of chicken manure, chicken manure fertilizer treatment, manure handling and manure fertilizer+Chenyu, Chenyu fertilizer+solubilizing bacteria fertilizer treatment respectively increased by 1.6%,2.8%,4.1%,4.5%,3.0%.compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer, fertilizer Chenyu fertilizer+solubilizing fertilizer, single application of chicken manure, chicken manure+Chenyu fertilizer, compared Chenyu fertilizer+ solubilizing fertilizer treatment, single application of chicken manure, chicken manure fertilizer treatment. Chicken manure fertilizer+Chenyu fertilizer highest soil phosphorus content is solubilizing fertilizer treatment,compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer.Chenyu fertilizer+ solubilizing fertilizer treatment respectively increased 59.35%,57.81%.(3) chicken manure fertilizer+solution+Chenyu fertilizer treatment on soil invertase, phosphatase, urease had significant effect, catalase activity decreased.(4)Solubilizing bacteria administered to improve soil microbial carbon and nitrogen content of the effect was significant. Among them, the year in which the soil reclamation, when chicken manure+soil microbial carbon content,it reached a maximum the fertilizer treatment. When chicken manure fertilizer+solubilizing highest nitrogen content of soil microbial treatment, compared with the single Chenyu fertilizer, Chenyu fertilizer,+solubilizing fertilizer. When reclamation five years, with chicken manure+soil microbial carbon content reached a maximum when the solubilizing fertilizer treatment for 199.01mg/kg, Soil microbial nitrogen content reaches deal with chicken manure fertilizer+solubilizing maximum of 13.23mg/kg.(5) Solubilizing fertilizer in corn yield has played a beneficial effect role and with the combined application of chicken manure which could play to their fertility. Where the treatment of chicken manure fertilizer+solubilizing processing, corn yield increased significantly, corn production was 450.8kg/acre.
