| Rabbit acariasis, infected humanbeing and animal, is a common parasite disease caused by Sarcoptes Scabiei and Psoroptes Cuniculi with worldwide distribution. The rabbit production performance and the quality of the products are effected. Sometimes, a large number of rabbits died in an outbreaks which threatens Rabbitry seriously. In the current, drug control is the main means of acariasis prevention. Although the problem of drugs by bring the residue, environmental hazards and drug resistance has not overlooked, some Chemical drugs, such as Ivermectin, tamoxifen salad tylosin drug, are widely applied because of high curative effect, fast effect and convenient use. In the times of green environmental protection, botanical drugs are concerned because of the rapid degrading in the environment and no easy to generate drug resistance. Therefore, the study of high efficiency and low toxicity, low price, convenient use mite drugs become the focus. The killing effect on isolated rabbit acariasisand the treatment effect of the five Chinese Herbal preparation, Zanthoxylum preparation, Kushen decoction, Chinaberry decoction, Chajiesan and Mingxiongsan are compared in this study. The following results are achieved:1. The killing test on isolated mite Of Five kinds of traditional Chinese medicineVia direct contact with drugs in isolated adult mites or drugs used to mange the affected part, the treatment effectiveness of which for Rabbit Acariasis were observed and compared in order to select the best one among the five Chinese Herbal preparation, Zanthoxylum preparation, Kushen decoction, Chinaberry decoction, Chajiesan preparation and Mingxiongsan preparation. The test results showed that inhibitory effect to isolated mites of the five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine preparation is good and the acaricidal activity enhanced with the increase of drug concentration. Among the five preparations, the killing effect of the pepper preparation is the best. we equipped each kind of Chinese medicine preparation with3kinds of concentration20%,10%,5%. All the different concentration drugs can kill all the mite within24hours except the Mingxiongsan preparation of5%concentration.2. The comparative clinical therapeutic trials f five kinds of Chinese medicine on rabbit acariasisAfter removing crust of the affected part, each group of experimental rabbits were used Zanthoxylum preparation, Kushen decoction, Chinaberry decoction, Chajiesan preparation and Mingxiongsan preparation1times per3days for three weeks. Experimental results show that the efficiency of the others were100%except80%of Mingxiongsan preparation and90%of Chajiesan preparation, and that the cure rate of the others were80%except70%of Mingxiongsan preparationin Ming Xiong powder was70%in the test group, the test group was80%, in which the pepper preparation to cure the time required for the shortest, average for12.32hours, the best treatment. The results showed that the Zanthoxylum preparation required the shorted an average of12.32hours to cure with the best treatment.In summary, among the five kinds of Chinese medicine, the killing effect on isolated rabbit Sarcoptes scabiei and the best treatment effect on rabbit acariasis of Zanthoxylum preparation were the best. |
