The research was conducted in test base of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University duringthe two years of2012~2014, using indeterminate podding habits varieties nenfeng18andkangxian6for the trial. And we uesd two regulators,‘Uniconazole(S3307)’and‘Diethylaminoethyl hexanoate(DTA-6)’ at R1stages by foliar application on the leaves, studing theeffect of plant growth regulators on photosynthate metabolism of soybean pods built, keyenzyme activity and gene expression quantity, revealling the mechanism of plant growthregulator regulating soybean flowers and pods built and formation of the production. It canprovide academic theoris of chemical control technology on popularization and application inagricultural production. The main results were:1. Both regulators reduced soybean abscission flowers and pods rate, increased podsformation rate, S3307treatment was better.2. The soluble sugar content and sucrose content were increased in leaves by the twotreatments, the soluble sugar content was decreased in pods by the two treatments, the twotreatments improved sucrose content in grain of nenfeng18and kangxian6after spraying35~42d, and S3307treatment was more effective, the S3307treatment improved sucrose content ingrain of nenfeng18after spraying42~49d. The two treatments improved starch content inleaves during R1~R3stage, increased starch content of pods in all sampling stages, DTA-6treatment decreased starch content in grain of nenfeng18, improved starch content in grain afterspraying42d and56d.3. The two treatments improved peroxidase activity, superoxide dismutase activity in leaves,pods and abscission pods, and S3307treatment was better, decreased malondialdehyde contentin pods and abscission pods. S3307treatment increased invertase activities in leaves, pods, grainof nenfeng18and pods of kangxian6,and DTA-6treatment increased invertase activities inleaves of kangxian6. The two treatments decreased polymers galacturonic acid enzyme andcellulose enzyme activity in pods and abscission pods, and decreased the expression ofabscission cellulase gene in abscission zone, and S3307treatment was better.4. The two treatments improved the height, bottom pods height, stem diameter, pods numberper plant, seeds per pod,100-seed weight, and finally increased the soybean yield. 5. The two treatments increased the protein content of soybean grain, and S3307treatmentwas better on nenfeng18, both treatments decreased oil content of soybean grain. |
