Under the condition of drip irrigation, this paper have studied six soybean varieties or lines(included 13-96, 13-139, Heinong 61, Xindadou 27, 11-109, Shi Dadou 2)of dry matter accumulation and allocation, photosynthetic indexes, photosynthetic potential(LAD) and regular pattern of flowers forming and the react rule and yield of the space-time distribution on the behavior of root system. Provide theoretical basis to how to control root growth changes to improve plant flowering and podding quantity to improve the soybean production for super-high-yield soybeans in xinjiang.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.the tendency of LAI and LAD soybean varieties with the advance of the birth process is the “ rises first and fall later”, reached the maximum in podding stage to drum grain stage.Mainly due to increased stem from 10 to 17 the number of pods, number of grains and cavities,Heinong 61, Xindadou 27 and 11-109 grain yield reached high yield level of 5325.6~ 5648.5 kg·hm-2.Maximum leaf area index is 5.8 to 6.4.The total growth period photosynthetic potential is 3013150 ~ 3260163m2·d·hm-2,and five organs proportion of stems,leaves, petioles, leather of pods and grain are 19.2%~25.8%, 12.6%~24.4%, 10.8%~13.2%,14.5%~23.0% and 21.7% ~34.4%. Harvest index and particle size ratios are 0.216~0.344 and1.8~0.8.The potential physiological basis of its high yield is that after flowering stem in upper leaves area is larger, higher total photosynthetic is potential, dry weight of active is long and dry matter accumulation rate is declined slowly.2.Flowering, pod formation formed nearly 80% of the root volume,Super High(line) in flower, pod of root bleedings,0 ~ 80 cm soil total root dry weight,0 ~ 40 cm root activity, the total number of flowers, the total number of cavities were significantly higher than high-yielding varieties(lines); The increment root dry weight 、 the correlation coefficient bleeding potential and total number of flowers in flowering are 0.970 and 0.898(p <0.05),root dry weight increment, bleeding potential and the total number of pods flowering-poding phase are 0.905 and 0.77(p <0.05).One of the important reasons of significantly more than the number of folders yielding varieties(lines) is that Super High(line) flowers, roots, large pods of high activity for the total spent.3.The number of flowers and pods of super high yield soybean cultivars was significantly higher than that of high yield cultivars because of their fast root growth, large root weight, high activity, high leaf area index, high photosynthetic potential and largeamount of dry matter accumulation.While Maturing spring soybean production is nearly 6000kg·hm-2, the total dry weight is 125g·m-2 ~ 142.3g·m-2, the total number of flowers is3448.4×104 Duo·hm-2 ~3695.7×104 Duo·hm-2, the total number of cavities is2767.4×104Ge·hm-2 ~3303.8×104 Ge·hm-2 in the beginning of granulation at 0~80 cm soil layer root.
