Objectives:Set up the gastrointestinal muscle electricity/wireless telemetry system of thedog.Method: Underwent surgery for four dogs, monitoring the clinical manifestations、vitalsigns、 physiological and biochemical indexes and gastrointestinal muscle power.Conclusion:Theclinical manifestations and vital signs of the four dogs were no significant change thanpre-operation.Contrast with normal indicators,Physiological indexes in blood, only an WBC wereelevated in3days after surgery, beyond the normal range,5days later began to decline,7daysreturn to normal range, other physiological indexes were unchanged.In the Blood biochemicalindicators, include Albumin, Alanine aminotransferase, Aspartate aminotransferase, Alkalinephosphatase, Gamma glutamine transferase and blood sugar were elevated in3days after surgery,beyond the normal range, in addition to the Gamma glutamine transferase, the other indicators areback to normal after7days.Adopt this system,monitoring the gastrointestinal electrical activityin15d, results show that, the electrical activity of the distal muscles were weaker within7d,gradually returned to normal range after9days; electrical activity of the muscles at the bottom ofthe duodenum were stronger within the first7d, gradually returned to normal range after9days;The electrical activity of On the far side of the duodenum muscles were weaker within the first5d,gradually returned to normal range after7days.All the postoperative vital signs of recovery timeshowed above were about7~10d.The measuring results of the gastrointestinal transitionalmuscular electrical composite wave (MMC) day and night change of the dog show that,MMCPeriod was81.88±5.57min during the day, night cycle was81.2±6.2min, the time-histories forphase I was32.26±3.80min during the day, night time history was29.99±3.64min, thetime-histories for phase II was37.61±3.8min for day,for night was34.93±3.35min, thetime-histories of day for phase II was2.79±0.388min during the day, night time history was3.84±0.58min,for phase Ⅲ was9.22±0.80amin, a night time history was12.42±1.47bmin,phase I, phase II, IV, no difference,phase Ⅲ night history increased significantly than daytime (P<0.05), indicating that night gastrointestinal peristalsis is better than during the day.Conclusion:the study established the gastrointestinal muscle electricity/wireless telemetry system, this systemrecord long time (≥2months) or more,the signal was stable, can be used for all kinds of acute andchronic gastrointestinal movement research experiment was carried out. Through a comprehensivejudgment of monitoring results of the clinical observation, postoperative life indications andgastrointestinal electrical indicators,the normal gastrointestinal activities recovery operation ofthe dog was commonly7~10d; The establishment of the system provides a new research methodfor the physiology, pharmacology of the animal gastrointestinal motor function and the clinicaltherapy research of digestive dysfunction.
