Production in the experimental base Shihezi Landes Landes selected130, for7days prefeeding, andthen fill in feeding trials. After the purchase of vitamin A grouping of the Landes, divided into6groups(control group, experimental group2,3,4,5,6) in the ultra-feeding diets were supplemented with differentlevels of vitamin A (0,2000,5000,8000,15000,30000IU/kg), of vitamin A series of indicators on theimpact of Landes.By month feeding trial showed that elevated levels of vitamin A added, the growth performance of theLandes has a certain impact, body weight gain was the largest group5,26.07%higher than the controlgroup, significant difference (P<0.05). After the feeding trial filled2,3,4,5,6group than the control groupincreased body weight, respectively10.1%,11.38%,13.2%,15.46%,9.8%, but the differences betweenexperimental groups was not significant (P>0.05). But had little effect Landes slaughter, can increase thetest weight of each group of abdominal fat, abdominal fat percentage, decreased subcutaneous fat thicknessand intramuscular fat wide.Experiments show that the foie gras Landes weight or by the impact of vitamin A, vitamin A and moreheavier weight produce foie gras, while the consumption of material is reduced. Description of vitamin Aon the Landes liver performance or have a certain impact. Test2,3,4,5group foie gras increased weightthan the control group were26.33%,34.52%,45.16%,38%, solid liver decreased20.56%24.43%,34.52%,25.81%, with the difference between the control group significantly (P <0.05).The results showed that serum total cholesterol (TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),triglycerides (TG), very low density lipoprotein (VLDL) were measured by the level of vitamin A, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were higher, except Group6Cool triglyceride (TG), group3verylow density lipoprotein (VLDL) and the control group significantly different (P <0.05), the other test thelipid metabolism groups were not significantly different (P>0.05).Raising the level of the vitamin A to add the test in liver vitamin A content of4,5and other significantdifference between groups (P <0.05), the first2,3vitamin A in liver were significantly higher (P <0.05),liver vitamin A The content was increasing trend. In dietary vitamin A to promote anti-oxidation resistance was significantly improved.2,3,4aldehydegroups of liver glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity was increased6.65%compared with the controlgroup,9.98%,33.52%, a significant difference with control group (P>0.05). Section4,5in liver totalantioxidant (T-AOC), respectively, increased33.52%than the control group,49.88%, a significantdifference with control group (P <0.05). Experimental groups of liver malondialdehyde (MDA) weresignificantly lower than the control group (P <0.05).The serum total protein in the control group, Group6and Group3significantly different (P <0.05),the other groups was not significant (P>0.05). Serum globulin into the first and then decreased, the first2and Group3was not significant (P>0.05), the other was no significant difference between groups (P>0.05). Albumin group and control group2, group4significantly different (P<0.05), the other groups was not significant (P>0.05). Add more vitamin A, but the serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartateaminotransferase showed gradually decreasing trend, adding vitamin A in the test group and control groupdo not add significantly different (P <0.05).Determination of nutritional value in the foie gras, the water content and fat content is not the same,adding8000-15000IU/kg vitamin A group was lower than other groups, the first group2,3,4,5liver proteinthan the control group0.4%,1.15%,1.8%,3.9%, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:adding8000-15000IU/kg vitamin A can increased significantly the weight gain, fatty liverperformance, tne concentration of liver vitamin A and antioxidant ability of the fatty liver, improved growthperformance, blood fat metebolism, blood biochemical indices of the landes geese.
