| Object:This study Landes geese samples overfeeding Landes goose production traits, and start from the genetic differences that affect fat deposition, research goose liver breeding of candidate genes ACSL1gene polymorphism and slaughter performance and liver performance, aims to provide a theoretical basis for the genetic breeding in Landes goose, foie gras production technology and economic benefits. The ACSL1gene polymorphism and carcass traits and liver production performance analysisMethods:This paper has two test components.300Landes goose were overfeeded and determine its production performance, study on the Landes overfeeding overfeeding of weight gain rule, slaughter performance and productivity liver performance.Results:Test1:the the Landes geese by overfeeding weight significantly increased (P<0.01); the slaughter indicators were significantly increased (P<0.01); and the Landes geese by overfeeding, liver weight, liver weight index a significant increase (P<0.01). Test2:By SSCP detection and sequencing found two SNPs in confirmed ACSL1genes, which are located ACSL1intron16(A locus) and has released the1725sequence (E locus). Locus genotype frequencies calculated and found ACSL1gene A and E locus is moderately polymorphic locus (0.25<PIC<0.5), polymorphic information content (PIC) values were0.370,0.326gene polymorphisms and production traits statistical analysis.χ2fit test, the test groups ACSL1of gene A locus E sites did not reach equilibrium. Production performance analysis, the A, E two sites and slaughter performance, sites A and sites E genotype fill in the feeding of live weight, weight gain, carcass weight, eviscerated weight, net carcass weight, breast muscle weight, leg muscle weight difference, and you significant the liver performance difference between the different genotypes.Conclusion:Test1:overfeeding the Landes geese weight gain, slaughter performance and liver performance implications. Test2, the Landes geese ACSL1gene multi polymorphic locus A and E can be used as the Landes goose molecular genetic marker loci. |
