This thesis is based on Baoji Magnoliaceae introduction and cultivation and breedingtrials for research by plant introduction, breeding, breeding methods to expand the type andquantity of the region increased Magnoliaceae, the subject of the introduction of domesticatedvariety Magnoliaceae long time, scientifically selected areas suitable for the growth of Baojinew varieties of magnolia.Through a series of scientific experiments, mastered the magnoliaset of advanced reproductive technologies, particularly softwood cuttings, high meetremovable nipple achieved a breakthrough,and established a special garden magnolia.Warmtemperate regions of magnolia ornamental plant species resources, rich biodiversitylandscaping plants with theoretical guidance and practical significance for the increase.(1) From outside the province to introduce3genera and46kinds Magnoliaceae(varieties, forms, cultivated species), in the botanical garden established Magnolia specialgarden; from the flowering time, flower morphology, etc., prepared20kinds Yulania plantidentification retrieval table.(2) We summed up the growth rhythm of Magnolia, like leaf expansion, growth and soon through the observations, statistics and analysis of the introduction and cultivation ofMagnolia plant’s biological characteristics: shape, phenology, resistance, growth rhythmand others. Through the field management: effective measures to pruning, weeding, watering,fertilizing, etc.we can improve magnolia flowers’ type, color and other ornamental effect,and enhance seedling plant type, growth and expansion.(3) After years of observation of the beginning of the flower’blossom, bud’s color,flowers’ color, the anthocaulus and tepals’ color, flower’ veins and other features, wefound six new varieties are more special than others by compariso,the author identified themas a new species.And through the resistance analysis, we screened12kinds of magnoliaextensive which can cultivate and promote for Baoji and warm temperate regions and twokinds for warm southern area.(4) Emplaced sowing, cuttings, grafting and a series of scientific breeding experiments,and systematically mastered the techniques of Magnolia’s sowing, cuttings and grafting.
