Straw is a kind of widely used biological resources,and straw mulching can effectively improve soil fertility,maintain soil organic matter level and enhance soil nutrients.At present,banana stem resources have not been fully utilized,and the crushing efficiency and crushing qualified rate of existing chopper can not meet the demand,can not adapt to the effective return of the banana stem such as high coarse straw.Therefore,it is the focus of this paper to carry out the optimization analysis and experimental research on the banana stem chopper and to provide an efficient returning program of banana stem.In this paper,the stress of the banana stem during the working process of the chopper is analyzed,on this basis,the design scheme of the adaptive stalk holding mechanism is determined,the cutting device is optimized,and the prototype is tested.Its main research contents are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem that the stalk holding mechanism could not adjust and effectively support according to the size of the banana stem,this paper designed an adaptive stalk holding mechanism,summarized the working principle of the vertical banana stalk chopper,and analyzed and designed the whole structure and main components of the stalk holding mechanism.(2)The PVDF piezoelectric sensor was studied and tested to analyze the signal characteristics of PVDF piezoelectric sensor and determine the detection principle of slip sensation.On this basis,The control strategy of the clamping device of the stalk holding mechanism is determined,and the fuzzy PID control method is used to design the force-based fuzzy PID outer ring control system.Moreover,the clamping device was tested and analyzed to explore the influence of different sliding speeds on the detail coefficient of DWT.(3)Aiming at the problem that the blade fastening bolt is easy to break during the working process of the chopper,the cutting device is optimized,the structure of the cutter seat is designed,and the cutting device before and after the optimization is compared and analyzed by means of finite element analysis.(4)A field test was carried out on the prototype.The influence of blade rake,blade rake and feed Angle on the crushing qualification rate and crushing efficiency were investigated by taking the blade rake Angle,blade rake Angle and feed Angle as test factors and the crushing qualification rate and crushing efficiency as test indexes.The decay characteristics of banana stem before and after crushing were studied with the mass reduction rate and average decay rate as experimental indexes.
