The work-study intergration education(WSIE)is a form of educational patterns which utilizes the two kinds of educational environments and resources of schools and enterprises to realize the organic combination of classroom instruction and case practice,to train talents with high technique to meet with various demands of enterprises.This research with national key subject demonstration construction personnel training mode reform and innovation as an opportunity, rooted in the higher vocational education reform, in January2008, creatively puedt forward the suitable for our agriculture horticulture technology professional "two period, three integration" engineering alternation of work-integrated learning personnel training mode.
