| The integrated teaching mode of theory and practice organically combines professional theoretical study and professional skill practice,and realizes the integration of "teaching-learning-doing" through classroom interaction between teachers and students.It solves the problem of disjointed professional theoretical study and professional skill training in traditional teaching,highlights the cultivation of students’ practical ability and innovative ability,achieves the teaching goal of "integration of learning and doing,unity of knowledge and practice",meets the new requirements of current teaching reform of relevant professional courses in secondary vocational schools,and can significantly improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools and enhance the training quality of professional and technical talents.Based on the theoretical basis of the theory-practice integrated teaching mode,this dissertation takes the course of "Garden Plant Protection" as an example,and analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the traditional teaching of "Garden Plant Protection" course in a secondary vocational school in Chongqing through the research methods of questionnaire survey,interview and observation.After that,attribution analysis is carried out and improvement measures are put forward.Taking the chapter "Understanding of Garden Plant Pests" as an example,this paper demonstrates the integrated teaching case of theory and practice,evaluates the teaching effect,and puts forward the optimization scheme.The main results of this dissertation are as follows:1.The integration of theory and practice teaching should be based on the principle of combining theory with practice,practicability and students’ main body.The integration of "curriculum,teaching content,teaching site,teachers’ group,learning and teaching" should be realized by means of discussion method,visual demonstration method,group division method,task-driven method and on-site teaching method.2.The analysis results of questionnaire and interview show that the problems existing in the traditional teaching of Garden Plant Protection course mainly include:(1)the students do not have enough understanding of the specialty;(2)the students do not have high recognition of the traditional teaching methods;(3)the implementation conditions of integrated theory and practice teaching are weak;(4)the teachers’ comprehensive teaching ability is insufficient;(5)the students’ professional basic knowledge is weak;(6)the effect of teachers’ classroom management is not good;and(7)the course evaluation method is single.3.Taking the chapter on "Understanding of Garden Plant Pests" as an example,an integrated teaching case was implemented.Through the observation and analysis of the teaching cases of integration of theory and practice,it is found that the accuracy and efficiency of students’ knowledge learning are obviously improved.The students’ practical ability has been improved obviously.Classroom observation found that students’ participation in the classroom was significantly improved,theoretical knowledge learning was more focused,and the enthusiasm to participate in group discussions and the seriousness of observing specimens were significantly improved.4.Through the statistical analysis of the experimental data of the examples of integrated theory and practice teaching,the actual effect of integrated theory and practice teaching is confirmed from the three aspects of students’ comprehensive evaluation data of theory and practice,classroom performance and changes in students’ self-learning management.The main performance is that integrated theory and practice teaching can significantly improve students’ learning interest,promote the construction of theoretical knowledge of secondary vocational school students,enhance the practical ability of secondary vocational school students and promote their all-round development.On this basis,the paper puts forward an optimized plan for the implementation of integrated theory and practice teaching,which mainly includes applicable curriculum,excellent teaching staff,efficient theory and practice connection and flexible teaching methods.The research results of this dissertation provide useful reference and example for the demonstration and application of the theory-practice integrated teaching mode in the teaching of relevant professional courses in secondary vocational schools taking the course of "Garden Plant Protection" as a case. |
