The Herdsmen's Livelihood Predicament And The Practice Space Of Financial Social Work

The issue of people's livelihood has always been a major concern of the state.The CPC central committee and the state council have always attached great importance to the work of pastoral areas,which play an important strategic role in China's overall economic and social development.Affected by natural and market factors,the livelihood of herdsmen has fallen into a new dilemma.The exploration of financial and social work in pastoral areas can fill the theoretical gap of social work in improving the livelihood of herdsmen,and open up certain practical space for financial and social work to intervene in the livelihood dilemma of herdsmen.By sorting out and summarizing the literature related to the livelihood of herdsmen and financial social work,and then analyzing the existing statistical data about the livelihood data of herdsmen in the project data of Inner Mongolia university(CNMASS),the problems existing in the current livelihood capital of herdsmen are put forward.On the basis of sorting out the connotation and development context of financial social work and combining with the current living situation of herdsmen,it is found that there are serious problems of loan phenomenon and income andexpenditure imbalance in herdsmen's families,which reflects that herdsmen's families lack the accumulation of assets and necessary financial literacy for development and livelihood.Finally,from the two directions of helping herdsmen to build assets and improving herdsmen's ability to resist natural and market risks,the author further puts forward reasonable Suggestions,in order to improve herdsmen's livelihood and promote the development of pastoral areas.
