In this experiment, use the potato apical meristem as the experimental materials, a single reagent and combination of reagents for disinfection of potato shoot tip pretreatment, disinfection reagents include alcohol, bleaching powder, mercuric chloride, sodium hypochlorite, calcium hypochlorite and peroxide of hydrogen six kinds of reagents. PIX concentration of0.5mg/1and1.0mg/1, potato detoxification seedlings grow strong, branching up to the leaves up, and the color is green, some is dark green; the juice of different concentrations of additives on the detoxification seedlings have the duty to promote or inhibition, it provides some essential trace nutrients and physiologically active substances and growth substances, the experimental low concentrations of radish juice helps the growth of virus-free potato seedlings.
