The mortified method for meristerm culture ,the selection of medium in rapid-propagation of plantlets,the way of microtubers inducing .dormancy breaking of potato were studiedIn the study of disease-free recovery of potato meristem culture .The effect of tempture, size of meristem hormones,activated charcoal in meristem culture were studied the result shows that treating sprout tubers with 38 ℃ for 5 weeks, exercising the mirestem with 2 primodial, putting it into the madium of MS+BA2mg. L-4NAA0.1mg. L-4GA3 0.lmg . L-1+0.05%AC+3%suger+6%Agar can meet the need of factory production. It can improve the quality and quantity of minitubers.From experiment of microtubers dormancy breaking, It concluded :dormancy can be broken by QA3N Rs,2, 4-D and GA3liquid The highest sprouting ratio can respectively reached around 80%, 90%, 100%. The sprouting ratio was too low by GA3 liquid treating. The phenomenon of rotting potato was found in RS smokuig-Treating with needle and immersing in (2,4-D02mg+GAj2mg) ?L'1 liquid for 8hs was the best way for dormancy breaking of microtubers.
