| Compare　of　five　methods(　meristem　culture,heat　treatment　combined　with　meristem　culture,reduplicate　meristem　culture,Tribavirin　medication,3,5-Dinitrosalicy　acid　medication　)of　virus　free　of　ten　varieties　of　sweet　potatoes　(I pomoea batatas Lam,)　was　studied　.Based　on　result　of　ELISA　detection,　SPFMV　freed　entirely　　by　heat　treatment　combined　with　meristem　culture　and　reduplicate　meristem　culture　was　educed.　200mg/L　Tribavirin　and　100mg/L　3,　5-Dinitrosalicy　acid　dealt　with　60　days,　ten　varieties　of　detected　samples,　seven　and　nine　varieties　of　them　were　SPFMV　free　respectively.　The　suitable　media　(MS+BA0.5mg/L+IAA0.1mg/L)of　sweet　potato　shoot　tip　(0.2mm)　growth　was　confirmed.　Shoot　tip　can　develop　to　plantlet　30　days.　Markedly　difference　of　varieties　of　sweet　potatoes'　ability　of　shoot　tip　germinate　,endurance　of　high　temperature,endurance　of　medication　can　be　observed　in　study. |
