Object: Many factors affect the production performance of swine, but reproductive obstacle diseaseis the major factor. Since2010Kuche County, many farms in production in piglet mortality, sow pregnancyabortion, weak fetus and other reproductive phenomena influence production performance. In order tounderstand and grasp the influence of reproductive disturbance diseases of the production performance ofKuche County, pig sow epidemiological dynamics, vaccination status, disease control effect, thedevelopment of effective preventive measures for the farm of Kuche county. In2012August to2012December in Kuche County of the different regions of the pig farm of serological detection of pigproduction performance influence reproductive failure diseases, to find out the influence of the epidemicsituation of Kuche County, the production performance of pigs pig reproductive disturbance diseases harmdegree.Methods: Of Kuche County in5different regions of the37pig farms piglets, divided into pigs, sows,boars blood, a total of394blood samples, serology detection. Classical swine fever virus by indirect ELISAmethod for detection of antibody by indirect hemagglutination test, highly pathogenic porcine reproductiveand respiratory syndrome with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome antibody detection kit fordetection of antibodies, porcine parvovirus disease with porcine parvovirus indirect ELISA diagnostic kit;porcine pseudorabies antibody of porcine pseudorabies virus gE gene block detection kit ELISA assay;swine toxoplasmosis by Toxoplasma gondii LG antibody ELISA loop virus adsorption test ELISA kit,swine PCV2antibody ELISA kits for detecting swine brucellosis, by Rose Bengal plate agglutination testand test tube agglutination test.Results: Classical swine fever in the investigation of disease and high pathogenic PRRS vaccinewere immunized, several other diseases are not related to vaccine. Results:394sera antibody of swinefever monitoring, a pass rate of68.02%; highly pathogenic PRRS serum antibody of394, qualified rate74.4%; serum detection of porcine parvovirus disease394, the positive rate was27.4%; the detection ofserum of swine pseudorabies394, the positive rate was13.7%; Porcine Circovirus Disease Detection of394copies, the positive rate was83.5%; swine toxoplasmosis detected in394serum samples, the positiverate was61.4%; pig serum detection of brucellosis394samples, the positive rate was0%.Conclusion: The farm of Kuche county have affected production performance of pigs sowreproductive disturbance diseases, especially porcine parvovirus disease, Porcine Circovirus Disease, thepositive rate of Toxoplasma gondii infection rate higher, the larger.
