Wheat is third most-produced cereal after maize and rice, how to rise the wheat production is essential for improvement of peasants’ productivity level, and also a major task facing the whole mankind. In 21 century, large combined cropper became more common, which indicates that the cropper have possessed considerably high performance-price ratio. However, there are large amounts of wheat cultivated on the mountain and small paddies which large cropper can’t be employed in our country. To solve the problem, we proposed a portable manpower cropper which can be applied in small paddies and irregular plantations according research on existing cropper.This paper proposes a portable manpower cropper which can raise productivity, lower the labor force, fit for majority farmers and environmental protection based on existing small type harvester. The manpower harvester follows easy to carry and reliability principle. This paper also designs several human-power reaping ideas for further research.The harvest design scheme makes the optimize solution throughout considering transmission efficiency, external structure, harvesting style and processing cost. We make specific design and theoretical research on structure of the harvest and divide it into seven parts: hand, frame, wheel, cutting wheel, gear components, reversing mechanism and grain mechanism. We give a static analysis and dynamic simulation on the harvest major component by using SolidWorks, include taking motion simulation, observing the effect parts movement, adjusting institutional improvement and optimizing the model. Meanwhile, there is stress analysis on some crucial components with ANSYS software. With these analysis, we insure the structure reliability and make the assembled harvest to be mechanical optimization.
