With the continuous transformation from traditional sericulture to modern sericulture,most silkworm areas adopt the breeding mode of small silkworm co breeding.However,at present,the mechanization of the co rearing mode of small silkworm is low,and the labor intensity of the processes such as foil splitting,foil stacking,mulberry leaf feeding and disinfection in the co rearing process is very high.At the same time,the feeding of small silkworm has high requirements for environmental temperature and humidity monitoring,and the promotion and development of the co rearing technology of small silkworm is limited.Based on this,the project team has developed a small silkworm feeder with the functions of silkworm foil splitting,silkworm foil stacking,mulberry leaf feeding and disinfection at the same time,which has improved the labor efficiency to a certain extent.However,after long-term use,the feeder has exposed the problems of high maintenance cost and complex self diagnosis system.Based on the improved research and development of the feeding machine,a set of pneumatic automatic feeding machine for small silkworm co breeding is designed.The feeding machine uses pneumatic devices to split,transfer and stack silkworm foil,which can monitor the temperature and humidity of the feeding environment and the running state of the feeding machine in real time,and solve the problems exposed by the original feeding machine.The design of the feeder includes the overall scheme design,pneumatic foil moving device design,feeder control system design and feeder function test design.The design contents of the full text are summarized as follows:(1)Overall scheme design of feeder.According to the existing problems of small silkworm co breeding and the shortcomings of the original feeding machine,analyze the feeding process and feeding environment of the co breeding point,summarize the functional requirements of the feeding machine(feeding requirements include small silkworm feeding process requirements,feeding environment requirements,self-monitoring requirements of the feeding machine,etc.),then obtain the design target parameters of the feeding machine from the specific requirements,and put forward the overall design scheme according to the design requirements and design target parameters of the feeding machine;The structure of the whole feeder is explained,and its working principle is expounded.(2)Design of pneumatic frame moving device.Firstly,according to the silkworm winnowing structure and small silkworm feeding process,the process of moving silkworm foil(removing silkworm foil,pushing silkworm foil and stacking silkworm foil)is designed.Then,combined with the process of moving silkworm foil,the structure of removing silkworm foil device,pushing silkworm foil device and stacking silkworm foil device is designed.Then,the pneumatic components in the device of moving silkworm foil are selected,and the working process of pneumatic circuit is explained.(3)Design of feeder control system.Firstly,combined with the overall design requirements and target parameters of the feeder,the control requirements are further explained,and the design scheme of the control system is put forward,that is,the control system adopts the CAN bus communication mode to realize the communication of each control node,and adopts the dual power supply mode to solve the problem that the feeder can not run in case of power failure.The human-computer interaction system is designed to realize the real-time display of feeding environment information and feeder operation information And can send instructions to the feeder through the touch screen.The control system includes data integration node,dual power supply node,human-computer interaction node and pneumatic drive node.This paper designs the hardware circuit and software program one by one.(4)Experimental design and result analysis of feeder function verification.First,the prototype is trial produced,and then the disassembly and folding winnowing test,feeding efficiency test and other key function tests are designed to verify the disassembly and folding winnowing function,small silkworm feeding function and system operation reliability of the prototype.The analysis of the test results shows that the number of disassembly and folding winnowing of the small silkworm feeder can reach 20 each time,the lifting load can reach 110 kg,and the auxiliary power supply can continue to supply power for more than 6 hours in case of power failure,It can normally monitor the temperature and humidity data of the feeding environment and the operation information of the feeding machine,which realizes the functional requirements and design objectives of this paper. |
