Italian BCS140 cutting and baling machine structure clever,manufacture well.Taking this model of cutting and baling machine as the research object,this paper analyzes the key components of cutting and baling machine through literature review,physical mapping,theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and physical experiment.This paper makes clear the structure composition and working principle of the cutting table,calculates the reverse of some inconvenient structure parameters and motion parameters directly,conducts motion simulation and performance analysis and synthesis of the main working mechanism,and reveals the motion law of each system of cutting,collecting,cutting and bundling of the cutting machine.It provides reference for the design of other cutting and binding machines.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Clarify the structure and composition of the cutting and binding machine.This model is a self-propelled three-wheel cutting and baling machine,with a tail wheel and a frame design.The main transmission system includes two-stage belt transmission and a gear transmission.Cutting table is one of its key working parts.The cutting table is mainly composed of machine stand,chain drive system,right and left collecting mechanism,cutting mechanism,rope feeding mechanism,binding clutch,knot tying device,releasing and tying arm,pushing arm,etc.(2)Analyze the working principle of each key mechanism.The chain drive system of cutting table is mainly composed of five sprockets and two tensions,and is also provided with a guide chain plate,It constitutes the basic power transmission system of the whole cutting platform.From the perspective of composition principle,the left and right collecting pawl mechanism are two crank and rocker mechanism with opposite rotation phase.The collecting pawl is installed on the connecting rod and the moving of the connecting rod is used to complete the collecting work.The cutting mechanism is formed by a crank and rocker mechanism and a tangent mechanism in series.The rope feeding mechanism is a crank and rocker mechanism.The binding clutch is an internal ratchet type clutch.The tying machine is a C type knot tying machine.(3)The mathematical models of collecting and cutting mechanism and rope feeding mechanism were established,and their respective motion characteristics and laws were analyzed.The crank phase Angle of the left and right collecting mechanism differs by 20°,and the height of the top collecting claw is 450 mm from the cutting knife.(4)The structural parameters and motion parameters of each part of the cutting table are determined by field measurement and reverse calculation.The three-dimensional solid model of each part of the cutting platform is established,and through interference inspection and tolerance analysis,the structure parameters are proved to be correct and reliable.The motion module in Solid Works was used to carry out joint simulation analysis on each mechanism of the cutting table,and the displacement,velocity and angular velocity of the collecting mechanism,wire feed needle and knotting gear disc were obtained.The analysis results show that the mechanism is cleverly designed,with the engagement and separation of the bundling clutch,the actions of rope feeding,knot tying and bundling are coordinated.(5)The experiment of rapeseed harvest with the harvester Rape with an average plant height of 187 cmin the laboratory showed that the baling rate was high and the average diameter of the bales was 24 cm.The average weight per bale is 4.93 kg.(The moisture content of 69.5%),However,it was difficult to place the bales,and the raptures and branches of rapeseed were seriously ripped and ripped,and the outlet of the bales was blocked and the bales were scattered.The structural analysis and test show that the machine is only suitable for the harvesting and baling of rapeseed whose height is not more than 110 cm.
