| The development of China’s wheat harvest machinery began in the1950s, afterdecades of development, our country mechanization level of wheat was81%. But ithas long been manual harvest such as hills and mountains where it is not suitable formobile machinery operation.To reduce the hard physical labor of farmers who usetraditional style in wheat harvest, and achieve the hilly agricultural mechanization,many small motor harvest mechanical came into being, and the development is rapid,and the technology is becoming more and more maturity. Due to high productioncosts, inconvenience in use and maintenance and the low practicability,the use of thewheat harvester that simply use manpower is not wide. In the decades study onmanpower agricultural machinery, the technology officer made many improvementsand improved its feasibility. but most of the study stay in the test stage, and there is notheoretical analysis on the corresponding agricultural machinery. We know the studyon manpower agricultural machinery has some significance on reducingenvironmental pollution and energy consumption.This paper based on the summary of existing technological achievements aboutharvest machines, draw lessons from large combine harvester and small motorharvester. According to the principle of minimizing wheat harvester weight at thesame time guarantee its feasibility, this paper aimed at developing the manpower typewheat harvester which can improve working conditions with high efficiency, energysaving and environmental protection. Powered by manpower output, change thetraditional way of agriculture.This paper puts forward several design thinkings of manpower wheat harvesterand analyzes them, with man as a source of power, according to the different ways ofapplying power to harvester,it can be divided into hands motion relative type, handshake type,feet step on type and hand push to drive wheel type.And the hands motionrelative type and the feet step on type have not appeared in the past study,it is theinnovation of this article. according to the motion forms of cutting tool it can bedivided into reciprocating and rotating type. Then do improve design and analysis of the main body of the harvester, including divider and guider mechanism, cutter,human power transmission chain and baling institutions.And simplify the slider-crankreciprocating cutter model, make three-dimensional modelings and do simulationanalysis by software ADAMS. Finally, considering the human harvest is one of themost effective way to reduce the grain loss in harvest, the imitation of humanharvesting mechanism design and kinematics analysis has been done,and domovement simulation on the important points by MATLAB software, it proved thefeasibility of the simulation mechanism.This topic puts forward innovation design ideas on manpower wheat harvester,focuses on the theoretical analysis and mechanical analysis. Throughimprovement,analysis and simulation of the main components of manpower wheatharvester, it can provides some theory reference for human research on manpoweragricultural harvest machinery,and has a certain theoretical reference value. |
