| With the promulgation of documents such as "The National Medium and long-term Education Reforms And Develops the Plan Compendium(2010-2020 Year)","Construction Plan for Modern Vocational Education System(2014-2020)",and "The Ministry of Education to further the reform of vocational education teaching comprehensive several opinions to improve the quality of personnel training",employment-oriented improvement of secondary vocational school students’ practical ability and professional accomplishment is the top priority of secondary vocational schools.The cultivation of students’ professional accomplishment has become the theme of today’s vocational education.The flipped classroom teaching mode is a new teaching method based on the network platform through videos and various teaching resources.The flipped classroom teaching mode adjusts the learning of knowledge by the students themselves before class,so that the time of practical practice in the classroom is longer than that in the traditional classroom.The study of theoretical knowledge and the application of practical skills are no longer disjointed.On the basis of the previous research on the teaching of flipped classroom,this study attempts to combine the teaching mode of flipped classroom with the practical training course of plant protection technology in secondary vocational schools,hoping that through the implementation of flipped classroom,cultivate highlevel students with professional quality and hands-on operation ability.First of all,through the literature method,this paper understands and combs the teaching application and research status of the flipped classroom teaching model at home and abroad,defines the relevant concepts and determines the research purpose,significance and ideas of this topic.The research methods involved in this study are literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method.Secondly,in order to have an in-depth understanding of the current situation of the teaching of plant protection training courses in secondary vocational schools and the characteristics of secondary vocational school students,this paper selects the students of two classes in the second year of a vocational college in Lanzhou and the plant protection teachers of the school as the research objects.in order to ensure the feasibility and reliability of this study,the researcher interviewed three teachers before the implementation of the flipped classroom.Before and after the implementation of the flipped classroom,they all entered the classroom observation,and filled in the classroom observation scale respectively.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the subjects of flipped classroom teaching.A total of 103 students participated in the questionnaire,and the questionnaire analysis was made.On the basis of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of applying the flipped classroom teaching mode in the practical training course of secondary vocational school.The application of flipped classroom in the practical training course of plant protection technology in secondary vocational schools has significantly improved students’ autonomous learning ability and operational ability.In the implementation of flipped classroom,it is necessary to pay attention to the selection of suitable contents.Not all teaching contents are suitable for the teaching mode of flipped classroom. |
