The Yellow River delta is a special area of cotton planting in our country. The characteristics of cotton planting here is low density, higher plants, long and thick branches, spacing in different length, which is not suitable for machine harvest. It is necessary for us to improve its planting mode in order to realize cotton production mechanization. The planter designed is a cotton double line dislocation precise hill-planter based on the rotation system of wheat and cotton. It can complete straw crushing returning, open ditch, applying fertilizer, sow, cover earth, rolling functions, etc. It can not only satisfy the requirement of machine harvest, but also increase the utilization rate of the land space, using the planting mode of “66+10 centimeterâ€. The main research contents of this text are as follow:The whole system of the cotton double-line-dislocation precise hill-planter was based on the technical requirements of conservation tillage and the cotton no-till planting technology of the Yellow River delta area. The machine consisted of the rack, the rotary tillage stubble cleaning device, the fertilization opener, the seed-metering device, press whee, etc. And the key components were also analyzed in theory.ANSYS software was used to analyze the total deformation and stress distribution of the rack in working conditions. Based on the static analysis results, the rack structure was improved and optimized. Model analysis was carried out on the cutter shaft, in order to examine the rationality of the design and offering basis to the design and selection of the rotary blade. The simulation analysis of moving point and fixed point of the opening structure of duck-billed seeding device was analyzed by using the ADAMS software. The speed, displacement date of the moving point and fixed point were obtained in working condition, which could provide the important basis on the design improvement for opening structure. According to the results of simulation analysis, the influence of different level speed on seeding was also analyzed.Field experiments were conducted on the cotton double-line-dislocation precise hill-planter. And the results indicated that the hill-planter was an efficient and multifunctional planter. And the whole structure of the planter designed had a good stability and reliability, which could achieve planting requirements with high sowing depth uniformity, good adaptability and operation quality. |
