In the process of rice production,the construction of ridges is an indispensable step before paddy field irrigation and an important link in the whole rice production.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the research of paddy Ridge Construction Technology in our country.There are relatively few studies on the mechanism of rotary tillage cutting soil and vibration compaction of the ridge.The existing ridge construction machinery has a series of problems,such as large power consumption,serious wear and tear of machinery,inadequate soil crushing,and unstable ridge construction,especially the energy consumption of the rotary tillage cutting device of the ridge construction machine and its function.The quality and efficiency of paddy field embankment machine are determined by its quality.The work completed in this study is as follows:(1)According to the working characteristics of the embankment machine,its overall design is elaborated in detail,and the mechanical analysis of the key components of the embankment machine is carried out.Through the analysis of the working principle and stress of rotary tillage cutting device,this dissertation lays a foundation for exploring the interaction mechanism between rotary tillage cutting components and soil.(2)Discrete element method is used to study the interaction mechanism between cutting tools and soil,analyze the power consumption of different cutting tools,and explore the influence of cutting tools on soil crushing effect.Emphasis is placed on the influence of structural parameters of rotary tillage bender on power consumption and soil crushing effect.Through orthogonal experiments,it is found that bending angle,width and the height of positive cutting face have the most significant influence on power consumption of rotary tillage bender,and no effect is obtained.Ideal parameter combination with cutting tool.When the bending Angle of the rotary tilter is 125°,the width is 60 mm,the height of the end face of the positive section is 55 mm,and the wrapping Angle of the side cutting edge is 27°,the tool power consumption is relatively low and the effect of soil breaking is good.When the bending Angle of the soil throwing scimitor is 120° and the width is 80 mm,the power consumption of the tool and the effect of soil breaking are better.From the point of view of material loss,when the width of L-type machete is 40 mm,the material used by the tool is the minimum.(3)The ridge building machine rotary tillage cutting device studied in this paper is divided into left and right cutter axes,and the cutter is arranged symmetrically on the left and right cutter axes.According to its functional characteristics,the spatial arrangement of different cutting tools is studied,and the influence of the spatial arrangement of different cutting tools on the performance of the cutter shaft is explored.The design of the rotary tilter of the left rotary blade axis adopts the knife base type,three head spiral line arrangement,the number of cutting tools is 12.The soil-throwing scimitar adopts the knife base type,and the soil-throwing scimitar is designed as two.L-type machete is a cutting knife,L-type machete is a knife base type,the number of knives for two.(4)The finite element method is used to establish the numerical calculation model of rotary tillage cutter.Several stress monitoring points are set up on the model to collect the stress of each monitoring point.The S-N curve of material is amended by nominal legislation.The S-N curve expression of rotary tillage cutter is obtained.The fatigue life of each monitoring point is calculated.Among them,the fatigue life of monitoring point 1 is the shortest,which is located at the joint of rotary tillage cutter and cutter base,and the fatigue failure may occur first in the process of using this part.
