The Acomparative Studies On The Quality Of The Main Cultivation Area Of Aconite

Radix Aconite is the root of of Ranunculaceae Aconitum (Aconitum carmichaeli Debx.), which has great medicinal value,such as the anti-inflammatory, analgesic,falling blood suger, anti-arrhythmia,and so on. It is a famous traditional Chinese medicine and genuine crude drugs in Sichuan.This paper studied many composition of Aconitum carmichaeli in different region through High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC),comparing the quality of Aconitum carmichaeli in different habitats. The study of Sichuan Jiangyou, Sichuan Butuo, Shanxi Chenggu, Shanxi Mianxian, aconite main cultivation area of planting status, and ways of cultivation and management were investigated. Ten kinds of seeds are from ten regions in the study,which are planted in four habitats. The four habitats are evaluated synthetically.The main results are as follows:(1) The cultivation system of four habitats is different obviously Jiangyou has a longest history of Radix Aconite cultivation.The history of Mianxian and Chenggu is longer than Buotuo.Jiangyou is also the most sophisticated as for the aspect of culivation and management. However, the other three planting area is more rough, whose soil type is loam and sandy loam.But the planting area and output of all the habitats except Buotuo is shrinking year after year.(2) The output of four habitats is different. The content of Alkaloid in Aconitum carmichaeli from the four regions is obviously different.The volume production of Jiangyou is 2.71kg,which is the most.The second and the third are Butuo and Mianxian,the volume production of which are 2.49kg and 1.43kg. The volume production of Chenggu is 1.29kg,which is the smallest.(3) The content of Alkaloid in Aconitum carmichaeli from the four regions of Aconitum carmichaeli is obviously different.As for the three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids,the content of Jiangyou is 1543.93μg.g-1,which is the most.The second and the third are Butuo and Chenggu,the three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids content of which are 1441.23μg.g-1 and 1323.12μg.g-1. The content of three kinds of diester diterpenoid alkaloids in Mianxian is 1296.63μg.g-1,which is the smallest.As for the three kinds of single ester type alkaloids,the content of Jiangyou is 209.85μg.g-1,which is the most.The second and the third are Mianxian and Buotuo,the three kinds of single ester type alkaloids content of which are 186.76μg.g-1 and 185.89μg.g-1. The content of three kinds of single ester type alkaloids in Chenggu is 179.17μg.g-1,which is the smallest.(4) The content of total Alkaloid in Aconitum carmichaeli from the four regions are obviously different.The content of total Alkaloid in Jiangyou is 2.76mg.g-1,which is the most.The second and the third are Butuo and Chenggu,the content of total Alkaloid of which are 2.75mg.g-1 and 2.52mg.g-1. The content of total Alkaloid in Mianxian is 2.49mg.g-1,which is the smallest.(5) The content of polysaccharide and protein in Aconitum carmichaeli from the four regions is obviously different.As for polysaccharide,the content in Jiangyou is 14.24%,which is the most.The second and the third are Butuo and Mianxian,the polysaccharide content of which are 12.55% and 11.84%. The content of polysaccharide in Mianxian is 11.74%,which is the smallest.The content of protein in Jiangyou is 10.04%,which is the most. The content of protein in Mianxian and Buotuo is 9.36%. The three kinds of single ester type alkaloids content of which are 186.76μg.g-1 and 185.89μg.g-1. The content of three kinds of single ester type alkaloids in Chenggu is 179.17μg.g-1,which is the smallest.(6) As to comprehensive evaluation of the four habitats,the best one is Jiangyou.The second and the third are Buotuo and Mianxian.The score of Chenggu is lowest.
