The experiment was carried out in experimental station of Shandong Agricultural University from 2012 to 2014. We choose big peanut varieties(or lines) of 365-1 as experimental material. It set up 9 treatments through the test of soil pool. In the treatment DN1, DN2, DN3, DN4 and DN5, we used the lime nitrogen 75, 150, 225, 300, 375kg/hm2 respectively, and used urea 98 kg/hm2, quick lime112.5 kg/hm2, urea 98 kg/hm2 + quick lime 112.5 kg/hm2 in the treatment FN, FC and CF. In addition, we set no fertilizer treatment DN0 as control treatment. The main research results were as follows: 1 Effect of lime nitrogen on continuous cropping peanut 1.1 Effect of lime nitrogen on soil micro-environmentCompared with the conventional organic fertilizer, lime nitrogen improved soil physical properties, increasing the soil porosity and non capillary porosity, reduced the soil bulk density, improved soil respiration rate, microbial carbon and active microorganism, and promoted the decomposition and absorption of soil nutrients under the condition of same fertilizer. In addition, Lime nitrogen increased the total number of bacteria and the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the soil, reduced the number of fungi,and improved the soil microflora of peanut. All of these were advantageous to increasing the number of bacteria and reducing the number of fungi, thus is advantageous to the effectiveness of soil and the absorption of mineral elements for peanut. Lime nitrogen can improve the bad influence of peanut continuous cropping soil environment, and lime nitrogen can reduce the bad influence of continuous cropping obstacle. 1.2 Effect of lime nitrogen on growth and development of continuous cropping peanutLime nitrogen increasing the peanut main stem height, branch length, the number of main stem green leaves and branch per plant and the amount of dry matter accumulation. Thus it improved the peanut plant type, promotes the peanut vegetative growth, and laid the ideal conditions for the formation of peanut production. In the process of peanut growth and development, lime nitrogen can effectively relieve the effect of continuous cropping on the physical characteristics, improve the peanut leaf net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate of capture, nitrate reductase activity and the three kinds of protective enzyme activity, enhance the photosynthetic capacity of the blade, and maintain peanut leaf normal physiological function. Meanwhile, lime nitrogen improved the peanut root activity. Show that lime nitrogen can obviously promote the growth of continuous cropping peanut nutrition, effectively alleviate the physical obstacles of continuous cropping peanut, enhance leaf photosynthetic capacity, and improve the peanut physiological activity, late leaf senescence. 1.3 Effect of lime nitrogen on yield and quality of continuous cropping peanutLime nitrogen can improve the output of peanut pods, and alleviate the impact of the continuous cropping on peanut yield. The main performance is that lime nitrogen can not only guarantee the peanut seedling rate of emergence, but also effectively provide the nutrients of peanut pods in later growth stage.Thus is advantageous to promoting the development of the pods, increasing the pods per plant, pods per kilograms and shelling rate, eventually increasing the production of peanut pods and seed kernels. To the quality of peanut seed kernels, lime nitrogen also have certain improvement effects. The main performance is that lime nitrogen increased the fat content in peanut seed kernels, improved the peanut seed kernel O/L value, extended the shelf life of the peanut, and thus is advantageous to peanut storage and processing. Show that the application of lime nitrogen can not only improve the continuous cropping peanut production, but also can improve the quality of the continuous cropping peanut. Compared with conventional fertilizers, the application of lime nitrogen can obviously alleviate peanut continuous cropping obstacle, and lime nitrogen has significant synergistic effect to increase production.As a result, continuous cropping obstacle phenomenon is widespread under the actual production. As peanuts also recommended fertilization, lime nitrogen can completely replace the traditional organic fertilizer. Meanwhile, the fertilizer effect of lime nitrogen is superior to the traditional organic fertilizer. Lime nitrogen can alleviate the negative impact of the continuous cropping peanut at the same time, increase the yield of peanut. 2 Effect of different applying lime nitrogen content of peanut continuous croppingDifferent dosage of lime nitrogen could significantly promote the growth of continuous cropping peanut nutrition, and improve the quality of the continuous cropping peanut physiological activity and yield. Under this experimental condition, the best dosage of lime nitrogen is 300 kg/hm2.
