| Taking garlic multiple cropping chinese cabbage continuous cropping soil ecosystem as research object, analyzed the effect of soil and environment factors on soil enzyme activity,microbe quantity, and plant growth.Under field experiment, effective microorganisms,lime and microbial organic fertilizer were applied into continuous cropping soil to regulate soil ecosystem. Result shows:After two years continuous cropping, soil pH declined 0.08.Urease, sucrase and polyphenol oxidase activity respectively reduced 15.7%, 5.8% and 21.5%, catalase increased 1.5%.Soil actinomycetes quantity significantly decreased, bacteria and fungi quantity had no significant change. Chinese cabbage had no yield in two years experiment.Microbial organic fertilizer and EM dramatically improved urease activity, lime significantly increased sucrase activity, lime combined microbial organic fertilizer obviously enhanced polyphenol oxidase activity.The higher the concentration of EM and lime were, the higher the urease, sucrase and polyphenol oxidase activity were.Lime and microbial organic fertilizer applied respectively or jointly could significantly reduced catalase activity.Soil pH, sucrase, polyphenol oxidase and catalase activity significant correlation, urease activity and polyphenol oxidase activity highly significant correlation. Soil pH effected soil enzyme activity.EM,lime and microbial organic fertilizer increased soil bacteria and actinomycetes quantity,declined fungi quantity.Low concentration and middle conerntration EM dramatically improved bacteria quantity, middle concentration and high concentration lime combined microbial organic fertilizer significantly increased actinomycetes quantity, low concentration EM and high concentration lime combined microbial organic fertilizer significantly reduced fungi quantity.Under continuous cropping stress, CK plant leaf SOD, POD,CAT, MDA and soluble sugar and protein content were higher, and bulbs antioxidant enzyme activity, membrane lipid peroxidation and osmotic tolerance were lower.EM,lime and microbial organic fertilizer reduced leaf SOD,POD,CAT, MDA and soluble sugar and protein content. Lime combined microbial organic fertilizer significantly improved bulbs SOD, POD,CAT, MDA content, the higher the EM and lime concentration were the higher the antioxidant enzyme activity were.Leaf antioxidant enzyme activity and MDA content had no significantly changed by EM and lime concentration. EM obviously reduced lesf soluble sugar content, the higher the concentration were the lower the leafsoluble sugar were. All regulating treatments reduced garlic leaf souluble protein content, high concentration lime combined microbial organic fertilizer were in favour of reduceinig leaf soluble protein content.Gailic plant height and stem diameter managed by EM,lime and microbial organic fertilizer were higher than continuous cropping treatment.All regulating treatments significantly inproved garlic yield, EM treatments garlic yield were 30.0%-44.8% higher than continuous cropping treatment, lime treatment, organic fertilizer treatment and lime combined organic fertilizer treatment respectively got 20.1%-45.4%, 37.3% and 24.1%-56.3% higher than continuous cropping treatment.All regulating treatments chinese cabbageharvest fruit after two years experiment. High concentration lime combined microbial organic fertilizer significantly increased cabbage yield. In each growth stage regulating treatments garlic and cabbage got higher soluble sugar and protein content than continuous cropping treatment. |
