Safe Assessment Of LNG-powered Fishing Vessels

As countries promote fishery energy conservation and emissions reduction, and the domestic oil price is higher side, fishermen are putting their more attention on the Liquefied natural gas(LNG). Some provinces and cities have propulsion diesel- liquefied natural gas(LNG) power transformation of the fishing boats. Liquefied natural gas(LNG) power fishing operations security needs to carry on the formal safety assessment(FSA). Boat, people and environment, management of four major factors which restricted the liquefied natural gas(LNG) power fishing operations security, and each main factor is influenced by many small factors, many small factors are also influenced by many smaller factors. This topic’ main task is to discuss the weight of factors influence the liquefied natural gas(LNG) power fishing operations security.To evaluate the liquefied natural gas(LNG) power boats’ safety effectively, this paper constructed the mathematical model of safety assessment. To create suitable for hierarchical analysis of safety evaluation index firstly, and then to get valuable safety evaluation data with the help of experts. Due to different expertise, experiences, the level of safety assessment are high and low points. Through cluster analysis, we found that CR value can calculate the weights of expert judgment dynamically, and the safety assessment of data are closer to the actual analysis. In considering weight under the influence of expert judgment, we can calculate the weight of each index. To determine the lower index membership degree by the survey method. Then according to the rules of the fuzzy calculation, to determine the quantitative analysis of the safety evaluation. Comparing traditional fishing boats and liquefied natural gas(LNG) fishing vessel safety evaluation data, we can put forward the measures which can improve the liquefied natural gas(LNG) fishing operations safety.
