As an important carrier of fishermen’s production and labor,fishing boats are particularly important to ensure safe production.In order to strengthen the safety supervision of fishing vessels in Ningbo and improve the current situation of frequent safety accidents in fishing in Ningbo,this paper aims to construct a risk assessment system for fishing vessel safety based on the investigation of fishing vessels in Ningbo,and evaluate the risk level of each fishing vessel scientifically and objectively,so as to achieve the goal of avoiding risks and reducing the accident rate of safe production of fishing vessels.This paper expounds the current situation of fishing vessels in Ningbo,and summarizes some problems existing in the safety management of fishing vessels.Based on the research on the construction of fishing vessel risk assessment system and evaluation method at home and abroad,and considering the actual situation of ningbo city,this paper analyzes the complexity of fishing vessel safety risk assessment system,fishing vessel safety risk assessment system is analyzed.This paper analyzes from many angles to construct the index system of safety risk assessment for fishing vessels in Ningbo.combined with principal component analysis(PCA),a BP neural network method suitable for many influencing factors and strong self-training ability was used to establish the evaluation model.the results of the random forest model were compared and analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the method.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the measures of classification control for the actual risk of fishing vessels in Ningbo.targeted risk aversion and reduce losses.It provides a reasonable and practical reference for fishery supervisors at all levels to understand the actual situation of fishing vessel risk in Ningbo. |
