In this thesis, the mainly cotton waste was used as main ingredients to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii, and agriculture apricot strains of good characters were used as a strain. First of all, cotton seed shell, cotton stalk, boll shell was used as main ingredients to to configure the seven kinds of planting materials formula of Pleurotus eryngii cultivation, under the condition of uniform environment and management technology, making comparative and analysis of mycelium growth rate, mycelium growth, growth period, fruit body agronomic traits, yield, the differences between the biological conversion rate and the content of polysaccharide, through the comprehensive evaluation to determinethe better formula, and to verify the feasibility of using cotton waste formula as cultivation of Pleurotus eryngii. Secondly, using the commonly cotton seed shell as main ingredient formula to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii, by setting temperature in fruit body growth development period, Combining the analysis of fruit body character, single mushroom weight and abnormal ratio to Determine the optimum temperature fruit body growth pHase of Pleurotus eryngii commodity characteristics. Hope that this study can provide basis and reference for standardized, massive culture and factory production of Pleurotus eryngii. The results summarized as follows:1. The effect is obvious of using cotton waste to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii. In terms of mycelial growth:the mycelial growth rate in formula1-6is5.26mm.d-1-7.59mm.d-1, significantly faster than4.57mm.d-1of ck and in formula3,5,6the mycelial growth is level1, it was thicker,more dense, more white and more life force compared to other formulations;The growth cycle of Pleurotus eryngii of formula1-7used the cotton waste as main material is45.6-57.3d, were significantly shorter than that in control group treatment,60.2d. The growth cycle in formula5is45.6d, which is the shortest and extremely significant difference of all; Bulk density:the bulk density of Pleurotus eryngii in formula1-4,6,7was1.19-1.35g.ml-1, which was significantly difference with that of1.14g.ml-1in control group of sawdust cultivation, in addition to that in formula5, was more compact, and the fleshy of the fruiting body was highest density with the best quality in formula1. Fruiting body characterwastics:In addition to the stipe diameter and the stem length was2.9cm and5.8cm, the stipe diameter of fruiting body in other formulae was more than3cm and the stem length was more than6.0cm which had reached primary standard of export mushroom. Yield and biological conversion rate:the yield of Pleurotus eryngii was68-75.3g in formula1,2,3,4and7, which was higher than that of67.7g in control group, in which that in formula2was75.3g was of highest yield and the second highest is72.3g in formula1; The content of polysaccharide of fruiting body was1.563%-1.783%in formula1-7which was higher than1.558%of that in CK formula, in which the content of polysaccharide in formula5was1.783%was of highest content.Combined with the growth period, yield, fruiting body polysaccharide content, fruiting body weight, comprehensive ranking with the Pleurotus eryngii in different formulations, then to determine the optimum of cotton waste Pleurotus eryngii cultivation. The ranking result was formula1(3.5points)â†'formula2(3.35points)â†'formula3and4(3.0points)â†'formula7(2.5points)â†'formula6(2.35points)â†'formula5(2.25points)â†'CK (1.35points). We could concluded that formula1mainly composted with cottonseed shell and cotton staw, cotton waste formula was better than traditional sawdust cultivation to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii; more than two kinds of cotton waste as main material to cultivate Pleurotus eryngii was more helpful for the growth of Pleurotus eryngii.2. The temperature in fruiting body growth period had significantly effect on the commodity of Pleurotus eryngii. The commodity of Pleurotus eryngii in17℃was better than that in any other temperature, which in accordance with the standard of one level export mushroom at present provision, the single fruiting body weight was up to74.3g, abnormal mushroom rate reached a minimum of6.7%, cap diameter reached3.7cm, pileus thickness reached2.9cm, stipe diameter reached3.9cm and stem length reached6.2cm. The experimental results shew that17℃was the optimum temperature in fruiting body growth period of the Pleurotus eryngii’s commodity,14-18℃was the suitable growth temperature, but when temperature was higher than18℃, the commodity of the fruiting body would be badly affected.
