Lilium fresh cut-flower named ‘Concordor’ was used as materials inthis experiments, which added different concentrations of1-MCP、6-BA and SA intobasic preservative(10g L-1S+200mg L-18-HQ+100mg L-1CA). On the bases of floralappearance survey, effects of1-MCP、6-BA、SA on vase life and physiological actionof cut lilium were investigated by means of measuring fresh change rate、waterbalance、the content of MDA、free proline、soluble protein、chlorophyll、the activitiesof SOD and CAT, The main results are as follows:1. Different concentrations of1-MCP all can significantly extend the vase life oflilium fresh cut-flowers, improve its ornamental quality. The treatment with800nL L-1of1-MCP had the best effect, the corolla diameter of lilium freshcut-flower went up gradually,delayed water stress, delayed senescence,the vase lifecan be prolonged4.0d than the contrast(water); During the same period, comparingwith the contrast(water), the content of MDA in the petals was reduced, the freeproline accumulation in the petals was reduced, and the content of soluble protein inthe petals was improved, the chlorophyll in the leaf was improved, and it can alsoincrease the activity of SOD and CAT in the petals.2. Different concentrations of6-BA can significantly extend the vase life of cutlilium flowers, the best concentration was15mg L-1of6-BA. The results indicatedthat the preservative containing6-BA can increased the fresh mass, delayed waterstress, retarded the soluble protein in the petals and chlorophyll in the leavesdegradation, decreased MDA and free proline accumulation in the petals, improvedthe activity of SOD and CAT in the petals. The treatment with6-BA(10g L-1sucrose+200mg L-18-Hydroxyquinoline+100mg L-1citricacid+15mg L-16-BA) is the best in freshness preservation, the corolla diameter increasedsignificantly, corolla diameter of cut lilium went up gradually and reached themaximum, and the vase life can be prolonged4.0d than the contrast(water).3. Different categories and different concentrations of SA had different effects onvase life and ornamental quality of lilium fresh cut-flower: SA had the best effect onmax corolla diameter, the corolla diameter went up gradually and reached the maximum, SA can increase max corolla diameter of lilium fresh cut-flower. The rayflorets can be increased the fresh mass, can significantly extend the vase life andimprove quality, the overall appreciation was good. The results indicated thattreatments with30mg L-1SA on increasing max corolla diameter of lilium freshcut-flowers had significant effect, comparing with the initial diameter, delayed waterstress, the vase life can be prolonged.4. According to the influences of different reagents on vase life of lilium freshcut-flower, this study selected three preservative solutions:10g L-1S+200mg L-18-HQ+100mg L-1CA+800nL L-11-MCP;10g L-1S+200mg L-18-HQ+100mg L-1CA+15mg L-16-BA;10g L-1S+200mg L-18-HQ+100mg L-1CA+30mg L-1SA.
