Pepper is one of the most important vegetable crops, It is widely cultivated in theglobal scope. The planting scale and quality of pepper are improving in recent years withthe rising demand. Planting pepper can bring considerable economic benefits for farmers.Henan is a big province of pepper plant. In order to save the land resources, increasing landutilization rate, Many places use the mode of wheat and pepper intercropping to cultivatepepper. The application of intercropping mode has the advantages of saving land resources,increase the productivity of land, it may well solve the food crop and crop competitionproblem. But how to solve the pepper seedlings transplanting in interplanting mode is avery important problem. Seedling transplanting becomes the main factor restricting pepperinterplanting wheat to promotion. At present, the pepper seedlings transplanting under theinterplanting mode are also manually. In view of the strong labor migrant rural workers,The present situation is surplus labour shortage. It is especially difficult to finish a largescale area seedling transplanting work in a short time. The transplanter can reduce laborintensity, improve production efficiency, meet the interplanting mode of pepper seedlingtransplanting agronomic requirements. At present, there are various types of transplantingmachine has been widely applied, but specifically for pepper transplanting machinery israre, suitable machine for capsicum in the mode of intercropping extremely shortage.The paper introduced wheat pepper interplanting cultivation mode and the high yieldand efficient cultivation technology, Analysis of the outstanding advantages of theinterplanting pepper wheat in Henan area. The key factor restricting the popularization andapplication of intercropping mode is pepper transplanting. In order to solve this problem,through the analysis of transplanting machine at home and abroad, comparison several keytypical transplanting machine On the basis of the analysis chose one type of transplantingmachine which is suitable for pepper intercropping wheat cultivation mode. Analysis themain parameters of the planter and their relationship, select one type of transplantingmachine which is suitable for small chili pepper intercropping patterns in Henan. Byadopting virtual prototyping to construct a digital simulation model to complete the function of physical prototype. Using the computer software Proe/E to design andmodeling of plant components, adding constraints on the transplanter parts designed byvirtual assembly. Through the interface set of Pro/E software and the dynamics simulationsoftware ADAMS, The assembled model is imported into ADAMS software to kinematicssimulation. Analyse the results of simulation, test and verify the planting device designedto meet the interplanting pattern under the requirements of pepper seedling transplanting.The transplanter designed can increase the planting rate, reduce labor intensity andimprove the plant reliability.
