Garlic harvesting periodis so short that farmers take high labor work. Therefore, according to the practicalproblems that exist in the garlic production, the paper focus on designing a machinewhich adapted to the situation of china, lighten the farmer’s working intensityeffectively and meet the needs of the market.Garlic binder harvester is mainly composed of digging assembly drivemechanism, rod separating and conveying chain, transverse conveyor belt, automaticbinder and other components. Vibratory shovel can dig out garlic from the soil, andthen rod separating and conveying chain separate soil and garlic, the garlic which arecleaner are from the transverse conveyor belt to the automatic binder, A certainamount of garlic bulbs are bound by the knotter.The bunches of garlic are unloadedon the ground for better collection, shorten garlic piking time, reducing labor intensityand heighten the productivity.The main research methods and conclusions of this paper are:1.Design the structure structure and parameters and analysis the primaryexecutive parts of the Garlic Harvester Binder. Using virtual prototype technology,the garlic harvester3d prototype is completed and assembled in SolidWorks software.2.According to the Kinematics analysis of the digging assembly drivemechanism in the ADAMS software, we can get an influence curve for move ofmining shovel blade about the crank rotating speed and the whole machinespeed.Compared with stationary mining shovel, vibratory shovel with low resistancecan reduce the traction resistance of the whole machine and energy consumption atwork. 3.Through the analysis of garlic plants movement from rod separating andconveying chain to the transverse conveyor belt, by establishing a model of garlicplant, and calculating the moving equation of model center. We get the relationshipbetween the horizontal rotating angle of garlic plant and running time.4.By analyzing the movement of the garlic on the transverse conveyorbelt,Design a new type transverse conveyor, to cooperate with the automatic binderand achieve the garlic combine harvesting. |
