Dracocephalum moldavica L. is dragonhead annual herbaceous plants. This test bases on wild and cultivated moldavica dragonhead moldavica dragonhead as the research object and makes a comprehensive comparative analysis with moldavica dragonhead samples from amino acids, trace elements, flavonoids, acteoside content and essential ingredient of volatile oil and antioxidant activity. The main conclusions were as follows:1、Type1-Ⅰ and1-Ⅱ of Mongolia dragonhead have much more essential amino acid such as leucine and valine and non-essential amino acid such as Glutamine acid and Asparagine than wild moldavica dragonhead. Type1-Ⅰ of Mongolia dragonhead is the most on total content of amino acid in samples. Type1-Ⅱ of Mongolia dragonhead is the best with amino acid pattern in samples.2、Type1-Ⅰ and1-Ⅱ of Mongolia dragonhead have more beneficial elements and essential trace elements such as Iron and Selenium and less poisonous or harmful elements and heavy metal elements such as Cadmium and Arsenic.3、The content of flavonoids in wild moldavica dragonhead was116.843mg/g which much more than that in other samples. The type1-Ⅱ of Mongolia dragonhead was in middle and the type1-Ⅰ of Mongolia dragonhead was the least. Three samples are hingly differe in the tapes of flavonoids.4、Chromatographic conditions for detecting acteoside has confirmed. Ascentis C18column (4.6×250mm,5μm) were used and maintained at35℃. The mobile phase was acetonitrile(A) and o.5%acetic acid aqueous solution(B) with a gradient program as follows:0.01-4min, maintain5%A,4-12min, linear gradient12-15%A;12-35min, linear gradient15-20%A;35-40min, linear gradient20-25%A;40-45min, linear gradient25-5%A and the post run (10min) at a flow-rate of1.0mL/min. Monitoring was performed at330nm. This methed has high sensitivity and precision and good stability and repeatability and can be used to identify and quantificate of acteoside. The wild moldavica dragonhead has a little more acteoside than other samples.5、The essential ingredients of volatile oil in wild Moldavica Dragonhead were Eucalyptol and Perillaldehyde. The essential ingredients of volatile oil in Type1-Ⅰ Mongolia Dragonhead were citral(Neral and Geranial) and Nerol and Geraniol. 6、Wild type moldavica dragonhead has the most effect of scavenging DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical and the effect of scavenging radical respectively are51.035%and1033.717U/mL and3087.095U/L.Type1-Ⅰ of Mongolia dragonhead has better effect of scavenging DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical. Type1-Ⅱ of Mongolia dragonhead has better effect of scavenging superoxide anion free radical. The aqueous extract from all the samples has perfect scavenging DPPH radical and hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion free radical.
