| In this study,The test object is Wanxi White Goose,and design two test plans to study the standard ileal amino acid digestibility of 13 week old Wanxi White geese to 6 common feed materials(corn,bran,rice,soybean meal,rapeseed meal,DDGS)and the amino acid pattern of 9-12 week old Wanxi White geese.The purpose is to provide experimental data for the study of the amino acid nutrition and amino acid demand of Wanxi White geese.In the first experiment,the SIAA of 13 week old Wanxi White geese to 6 kinds of common feedstuff materials was studied by ileal digesting method.A total of 504 health Wanxi White geese of the same age of 9 weeks(56 days)were randomly divided into 6 diets to be tested and 1 nitrogen-free diet group,with 6 replicates in each group,12 replicates in each group(half male and half female).Pre feeding period between 9-12 weeks,feeding the same basic diet.The 13th week was the official period of the experiment,during this period,Ⅰ-Ⅵ groups were fed with corn,bran,rice,soybean meal,rapeseed meal,DDGS as the only nitrogen source of semi pure diet.Group Ⅶ was fed with nitrogen-free diet,and 0.3%Cr2O3 was added to the diet to be tested and nitrogen-free diet as exogenous indicator.To determine the apparent ileal amino acid digestibility and standard ileal amino acid digestibility.The test results are as follows:For corn,bran and rice 3 kinds of energy feed,,Wanxi White Geese had the highest ileal digestibility to corn,the average value of the apparent ileal amino acid digestibility and standard ileal amino acid digestibility was higher than that of bran and rice,and reached a significant level(P<0.05).The standard ileal amino acid digestibility of Met in Wanxi White geese was 76.57%for corn,64.13%for bran and 73.81%for paddy,respectively,which were significantly higher than that of bran(P<0.05);The standard ileal amino acid digestibility of Lys was 84.64%for corn,67.04%for bran and 53.84%for rice,and there were significant differences between the two(P<0.05);The standard ileal amino acid digestibility of Thr was 88.31%for corn,65.78%for bran and 58.63%for rice,and there were significant differences between the two(P<0.05).For soybean meal,rapeseed meal and DDGS grains,the digestibility of DDGS and soybean meal of Wanxi White geese was higher than that of rapeseed meal(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between DDGS and soybean meal(P>0.05).The standard ileal amino acid digestibility of Met in Wanxi White geese were 95.14%soybean meal,87.87%rapeseed meal and 94.59%DDGS,and the standard ileal amino acid digestibility of Lys were 81.27%soybean meal,75.19%rapeseed meal and 83.74%DDGS,respectively(P<0.05);the standard ileal amino acid digestibility of thr were 85.08%soybean meal,82.96%rapeseed meal,and 82.96%DDGS,respectively 90.85%,and soybean meal and rapeseed meal were significantly higher than DDGS(P<0.05).The average value of the apparent ileal amino acid digestibility of Wanxi White geese was 84.70%of soybean meal,83.97%of DDGS,82.26%of corn,77.32%of rapeseed meal,69.86%of bran and 64.59%of rice.The average value of the standard ileal amino acid digestibility was 89.31%for corn,88.99%for DDGS,88.30%for soybean meal,81.17%for rapeseed meal,74.67%for bran and 71.72%for paddy.In the second experiment,Study on amino acid requirements model of Wanxi White Geese aged 9 to 12 weeks.A total of 84 health 9 weeks old(56 days)Wanxi White geese were randomly divided into 6 replicates and 14 in each replicate(half male and half female).The experiments period were 9 to 12 weeks old,male 28 days.The contents of amino acids in feathers and carcasses were measured.Another 16 male Wanxi White geese were randomly divided into two groups,8 replicates in each group,1 replicate in each group.They were fed with low nitrogen and nitrogen-free diets respectively.By collecting feces,the amino acid requirements and composition patterns for maintenance were calculated.The test results are as follows:With the growth of Wanxi White geese,most amino acids in their carcasses and feathers increased slightly,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).The amino acid requirement(mg/d)for the growth of 9-12 week old Wanxi White geese was Lys 1803.16,Met 464.85,Thr 1032.40,Leu 1862.72,Ile 1043.63,Arg 1203.58、Val 1200.68.The maintenance amino acid requirement(mg/d)of Wanxi White geese was Lys 172.29,Met 161.14,Thr 398.08,Leu 626.06,Ile 362.46,Arg 506.62,Val 548.26.The total amino acid patterns of 9-12 week old Wanxi White geese were Lys 100,Met 32,Thr 72,Tyr 72,Leu 126,Ile 71,Arg 87,Val 89.The levels of amino acids in diets of 9-12 week old Wanxi White geese were Lys 0.77%,Met+Cys 0.79%,Thr 0.56%,Leu 0.97%,Ile 0.55%,Arg 0.66%,Val 0.68%. |
