Abstract/Summary:
The moving blade is a key component of the chaff cutter. Its sharp degree directly affects the service life of the chaff cutter and the production efficiency. In order to ensure the blade always maintain a certain sharpness in the process of work, in this topic, The single side of moving blade undergoes carburizing and heat treatment to strengthen the effect of autogenously grinding, but after carburizing and heat treatment the blade have large deformation, the deformation of the blade leads to the excessive and uneven clearance between the moving blade and the fixed blade in using life, It reduce the service life of the blade and the work efficiency of the chaff cutter, so it is the very vital significance to explore the deformation rule of the blade in strengthening the effect of autogenous grinding.In this topic, the carbon structural steel Q235is treated as the research object to test, the original variables of the blade is measured at first, and then gas carburizing and heat treatment for the blade, At last using the variance analysis concluded which factors affecting the blade deformation is more significant, It also can analyze the influence regularity of the gas carburizing parameters on the blade deformation and Choose the blade with the small deformation. This blade has the treatment process craft of quenching and lowers tempering temperature. Then the sample microstructure and hardness value was observed, it can be analyzed that the deformation rule of quenching and lower tempering temperature. Those all experiment concluded the deformation rule in the process of carburizing and heat-treatment influence the blade of the chaff cutter. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) the deformation of blade is The smallest,only0.11mm by this treatment process: carbon temperature was925℃, the carburized depth was0.6mm, content of carbon potential was1.2%, water quenching was800℃, tempering temperature was170℃,(2) In the process of carburizing, No matter carburizing temperature is higher or lower, the deformation is greater. No matter the carburized depth is too thick or thin, the deformation is greater. No matter Quenching temperature is too high or too low, the blade both would have larger deformation. Only The influence of tempering temperature on the blade deformation is relatively small.(3) In strengthening the effect of autogenously grinding for blade, the appropriate parameters of carburizing and heat treatment can effectively reduce the deformation of blade.
