China has a huge production of crop straw,a kind of sustainable biomass resource which can not only ease the tight supply and demand of energy and electric power,but also improve environment and reduce the waste of resources.However,the current level of China's agriculture and animal husbandry machinery especially the chaff cutter development is low with major problems including big size,poor flexibility and low production efficiency.Therefore,the main task of modern agricultural machinery research is to develop a credible and efficient large chaff cutter which is easy to move,fix and operate,and occupies limited area.The 9Z-30 large chaff cutter is a kind of equipment used for straw material and forage cutting according to the production and development demand of animal husbandry.It consists of the feeding mechanism,the cutting mechanism,the throwing mechanism,the transmission mechanism,the walking mechanism,the protective device,the base frame and so on.The9Z-30 large chaff cutter is mainly used for cutting green corn stalks,straw and other crop stalks.The main research contents are as follows,the overall program of the 9Z-30 large chaff cutter will be determined,including the design of the feeding mechanism,the cutting mechanism,the throwing mechanism,the transmission mechanism,the walking mechanism,the protective device and the base frame;the relationship between the input power,the speed of moving blade and the feeding speed of material will be studied.The types of feeding material,humidity,the feeding speed and the feeding volume are to be measured to find the optimum matching relationship.We'll develop a material blocking control system,which enables the workers to control the equipment easily to spit the material in case of material blockage.This system helps to solve the problem of material blocking within the shortest time in order to reduce labor intensity and improve cutting efficiency.The overall structure of the device will be designed,the machine layout and walking mechanism will be improved.We'll make two-dimensional drawings by AutoCAD,and realize virtual design and assembling of complete machine by Solidworks,a three-dimensional graphics software;We'll use Solidworks to analyze the stress and strain of cutter spindle and improve it according to stressand strain nephogram.Based on the theoretical analysis,we have completed the manufacture of prototype and performance test of complete machine.The results are as follows.Pure working productivity is 30t/h,standard grass length ?85% and Unit grass length kilowatt hour output ?28 kg/(kW?h?mm),which are determined by material moisture,pure working hour productivity,KWH productivity,load power,standard grass length,breaking rate,average length of grass,unit grass length kilowatt hour output and so on.So it meets the requirements of Chaff Cutter JB/T 9707-2013.
